2013年10月前任来了湾区。隔着大半个美国，分隔了28个月。 一起读的研究生。后来
工作不在一个地方。
人来了，2014年2月还是3月，和湾区某名校phd通过软件认识了。4月分手了。5月彻底
绝交。
2014年11月底，母亲发现了癌症，当时已经是3期。当年的3月到6月，父母在湾区陪我
。没有想到，之前1月2月，办签证，找房子，结果一时没有顾及到，就这样子跟别人跑
了。 4月分手的时候，被逼着跟母亲出柜了。 母亲也许是受了刺激，也很沮丧。回国
11月底就大出血，去的医院。
今年5月的时候，母亲癌症复发， 肾功能很差，我在office正在着急，不知道怎么办，
6月就要回国看母亲了。结果突然收到律师的电子邮件，要我不准在和他还有他的名校

今天忽然又有了这种感觉，在网上感到心情被 restrained 的感觉，
一直以来都是很矛盾的人，因为不想错过任何一面，於是，喜欢在两
极反复，譬如现实，譬如网络，从上网的一开始便开始了网络和现实
是否要沟通的挣扎，而每次失守便是饭局的天下。
喜欢 Heart 版是在来美国之后，习惯在这里写自己的心情，丢在这里，
不管别人是否在意。却在某一天开始后悔起来，每每熟人电话我正在
查我的文章，便会有一种被人扒皮的感觉，却又无能为力。
难免的，现实中认识我的人越来越多，写东西难免有点哆嗦起来，我
想我可以作到work like you don't need the money,love like you've
never been hurt, 却很难做到 water like you do when nobody's
watching.当越来越多周围的朋友看到我在这里伤感的时候，便不觉有
种矫情的自责。即便我相信网络中真实的自己，却无力在现实里实现
这种真实，或许，只有悲伤才能深入人心，而我的欢笑竟只能薄 |

我告诉她所有commumication发到我的住址，但是她还是坚持寄到我工作单位
这样的情况，她犯法了吗？我是否可以先申请个 restraining order， 对她有不利影
响吗？

老公被一个素未谋面的女人骚扰（很久以前网恋过一阵，后来不了了之），已经长达5
年之久。
这女的从4年前就开始撒泼，比如往老公实验室疯狂打电话，打了不说话之类的。但因
为那时她在中国，打了一阵也就算了，消停一会儿。
再后来她被搬运来美国，又开始了发疯，时隔一两个月写封email说要见面什么的，说
自己想他什么的，然后又在网上找到老公做post-doc的实验室，老样子打骚扰电话。
后来又消停一阵。再后来老公结婚了就搬到我这里来了，辞了职了，人也不在原先的地
方，这女的没了他的information就又抓狂了，用尽各种方法疯狂打听，比如找到老公
发的文章，找到其他作者，跟他们聊天等等，连老公的老板都不放过。这是一个月前的
事。从大概3星期前开始，每天发一封email，这也算了。昨天开始打电话骚扰，一晚上
不停地拨，1分钟1 |

都忍无可忍，有一次和她理论(没有肢体接触), 结果她恶人先告状call 911，警察来了
问问就走了，告诉我们只有等evicition, 没想到今天收到hearing on restraining
order。
对这种诬告(说我们physically harassed her)，我没有witness，她也没有证据证明
physical contact，我需要担心上庭么，需要找律师么？
这个人已经受到court eviction, 正在申请evict中 |

On a flight from Reykjavik bound for New York last Thursday, an unruly
passenger was zip-tied and duct-taped to his seat as well as across his
mouth. According to a report by CNN.com, flight staff restrained the
passenger who was "hitting, screaming and spitting at other passengers,
while yelling profanities," the airline spokesperson told CNN. The use of

下restraining order或者是被restrain的人，so easy。
这个女人如果不断打电话骚扰lz，去lz家的门口转悠，lz就是可以很轻松的拿到

小东西而已。
