好久没有码过这么多字了，希望能帮到对刷机不太了解的同学。
Warning: 刷机有风险，变砖别打我 ^_^
简单来说就三步 - 降级firmware（支持telnet），改写CFE， 升级firmware。通俗的
讲，CFE相当于PC上的bios，firmware相当于windows，只要bios没问题，不管你是win7
还是win10都可以随便装

涉及德国对华直接赔款的问题，其实没有明说。只是在133条里面提到，在中国的德国
产业和侨民财产，（如果已被没收或洗劫），德国不得要求归还，德国侨民如果战时被
中国政府侵犯人权，也不许再悲愤（原文都是法律辞令，我这个翻译很粗略，版上学法
律的大牛可以来出手精译一下）。这也许就算是“赔款”。事实上，凡约这个东东，是
要立大牌坊的，即便是德国对英法的赔款，在书面上也是一笔一笔算出来的，比如哪里
毁了我东西，哪里花了我的军费，而不是直接拍脑袋说个数再讨价还价。
从上面讨论的条款来看，英法显然居心不良，德国不直接赔钱给中国，反倒默许中国去洗
劫德国侨产，成心让两国把梁子结大；但德国在广州的租界，英法却要分一杯羹。中国
也不是傻子，自然不太高兴，后来英法又要把山东利益给日本，以至中国无法在条约上
签字（说句可能招致小将攻击的话，其实五四运动也没有土共宣传当中那么神奇，中

1）洗车
送去洗 或者自己拿car shampoo洗都可以 先车顶 后其他 如果做第3步 玻璃可以留
下不洗 洗好了清水冲一遍 干毛巾擦干
2）detail
是为了除去车漆里看不见的脏东西 使上蜡效果更长久 特别是从来没做过detail的车
一定要做一下
买一瓶quick detailer，是喷的液体，再买个clay bar，像白色橡皮泥一样 用quick
detailer向车上喷（只用在有车漆的地方），每喷一块就用clay擦，擦时阻力
很大说明脏，可以再喷点，如果移动很顺滑，说明可以了，然后下一块地方，重复上述
步骤
如果clay脏了，对折，再捏平，可以继续用
3）洗玻璃 (optional)
洗车过后你觉得可以了 不洗也行 如果精益求精 那么不妨用stoner invisible glass
擦下车窗 注意不要喷到车漆上 洗干净之后 擦干 然后可以apply一点 rainX (可选)
rainX喷完 要等一会儿 看到玻璃表面起雾一样了 再用干净布擦干

Restoration Requirement Letter,要求交25刀并且return driver licence.罚单的钱
交了。

结果上个月又被pull over，说我在驾照被suspended的情况下驾驶，之后又收到了
PennDOT的一封信说驾照被suspended了一年，并且开了280的罚单（已经交了）。
想请问一下这样的话还用appeal么：（
因为一年实在是太长了，第一封信（restoration requirement letter)里面只是
说了要restore需要做的事情，当时并没有说驾照有被suspended，所以一直不知道驾照
是在suspended状态下。
在宾州。有了解情况的好心人给讲讲吗？ |

a must step). Several hours later, when I connected the phone to my computer
, Itunes detected it and says "congratulations, your iphone has been
unlocked". I didn't do any backup of contact and photos stored in the phone.
(Note that I was not asked to backup any files and the phone did not power
cycle, it just showed the above message. After the first time plug on, I
didn't plug off and on again)

you can still relative easy to restore. If it's only single ubuntu boot and
the hidden partition for manufacture restoration. You're still OK. However,
If it's a wipe out clean installation of ubuntu (deleting any hidden
partition for restoration), you need to get a disk to reinstall. |

新买的thinkpad x220，连的是hp D1560喷墨
以前连HP的笔记本，打印从没出过问题。
这次新笔记本装好，自动安装驱动，打印过，还设了预览，
因为是win 7，为打印SS胖子，在FF里改了点设置。然后打印了，没有问题。
之后，没有任何改动，几小时后再打印，就打印不出来了。
电脑显示打印机里有文件在printing，但就是打印机不见动静。
然后折腾了一通，打印机删了重新添加，又能打印了2张。
第二天，还是没有任何改动的情况下，又不能打印了。
而且，不止是不能打印coupon，连电脑里的PDF文档也打印不出来，显示在progress，
但就是打印机没动静。
应该是电脑和打印机的连接出了问题？

problems with our visa systems. Though some progress has been made,
biometric data processing has not been fully restored.

最后还是用了restore的方式把病毒清除干净，这个病毒很顽固，在task manager里面
看到它在运行，就是关不住，杀毒软件也查不出。之前还觉得restore很麻烦呢，结果
发现restore比查毒快了很多阿，觉得还不错
再次感谢各位的回帖！ |

发帖数: 1183 | 49 下午三点正在家里工作呢，突然听到很响的一记爆裂的声音，然后就是呼呼的噪音。第
一反应就是是不是锅炉爆炸了，冲到楼下，还没到锅炉间，就看见一面墙上水象瀑布一
样哗哗得留下来。当时脑袋就大了，缓过来后，总算想起来得把总水阀给关了啊。关了
以后水势变小了，估计就是连接external faucet的那根管子爆了。
找了几个盆接水后，就给保险公司打电话了。给联系了restoration公司给去湿。
三个小时后，restoration公司来了，又半小时后plumber也终于来了。restoration公
司把下面整个房间的wood panel ceiling都掀掉了，plumber发现就是连接external
faucet的那根管子在一个直角连接的的地方脱焊了。
反正忙了一晚上，现在下面N多的设备在运转去湿，要run三天，三天后来检查，不够干
再继续。plumber今天把脱焊的地方给fix了，他找到了一个专门控制external faucet
的阀门，所以现在总水阀给开了，为了保险起见把那个小阀门给关了 - 总算有水了，
