我自己把床垫高了 30度是最好的角度 高了对娃脊柱不好 矮了不起作用
为了防止她下滑 我们在屁股下面横着垫了裹好的毛巾 为了让她身体不睡歪了 我们在
她身体旁边竖着垫了裹好的毛巾 再把床单铺在上面 这样就避免了crib里有多余的东西
降低窒息风险
比起tuckersling 我更喜欢resq wedge 但我嫌贵了 就没买 如果你觉得绑着会不舒服
可以尝试我的方法
最近我家宝宝有时都能睡三四个小时 吃完也能平放了 可是她有时会边吃边哭 吃奶量
也降低了

for skincare i personally like EL more than Lancome.
but it really depends on your own skin.
there are so many products that i like since I started to spend $$$ on skincare. if i can only recommend one, it would be the Facial Treatment Essence by SK II. if one more, then Alpha Hydrox Retinol ResQ (with a good sunblock). |
