我们大组也有1，2个老印代码写的不错（但是人家level比较高）。
作为一个刚进公司的小罗罗（正式员工），不想把关系搞差，请问如何response比较好？

(not completely to the ground).Very old fence with tons of vines on it.
Is this our responsibility?

8月中飞休斯顿出差，表哥让我带侄女去这个诊所，叫the natural health clinic，在
Victoria，距离糖城1个半小时车程。孩子三年前被诊断克罗恩病，全家跟着遭罪，大
大小小的名医见了无数个，西药中药生物制剂也都试遍了，时好时坏孩子大人都受不了
呀。表哥同学去sugarland出差听说这个大夫特别厉害，治好了大老板老婆的类风湿，
一女同事努力了多年40多岁了成功生了个娃，还听说能治儿童多动症。。。我怎么觉得
这么不靠谱，术业有专攻，不能啥都能治吧，有没有听说过的？到底怎么样？孩子在国
内，表哥表嫂要9月底才可能飞美国，就我一个人带她，时间上倒是没问题，可我受不
了孩子失望的小眼神啊。谁知道这个诊所，给点信息，到底值不值得试试
注册等了好几天才能发帖，零回复:( 休斯顿华人不少啊。。。我不常驻外，不泡海外
论坛，哪个朋友知道其他的海外论坛人气高？搜了诊所的Facebook，那个Nutrition
Response Testing到底是什么？一般美国的诊所要提前多久预约？ |

过期一周后，忍不住买了个验孕棒测一下，
过了几秒钟，一条线刷的就上去了，
耐心再等1分钟，另一条线也晃悠悠爬上去。
准备明天再DOUBLE CHECK一下，然后可以找OB啦。
用的验孕棒是版上精华区推荐的first response。
至今除了变得嗜睡、好吃、腹胀、偶有酸痛，其他反应尚无。

税的还是把他们作为dependent划来。现在就有个问题向大牛请教一下：现在打算把他
们的护照原件和税表一起寄到W7的地址，然后1040按他们作为dependent填，而且把罚
款金额也填上，付上Shared Responsibility Payment计算的表。问题是，万一他们的
税号被拒，我们要重新再填一个不把他们作为dependent的1040重寄一次吗？还是irs会
直接不把他们作为dependent给我们重新算，那还要交那个罚款吗？要是不算dependent
还要交罚款那就太亏了。。。谢谢！ |

相当于补交了payment
就不会再被罚款了

因为法律不允许政府对没有保险的人罚款，所以他们不用penalty这个词，用了个其他
的词，然后说“这不是罚款，而是一种税，而法律允许政府设立新的税种”。 |

这个"Shared Responsibility Payment"以前保税没有出现过的，挺贵。大家遇到这个

还有，父母只在美国住了半年，在国内的半年可否按insured来算（Taxcut里面可以选

然后又定，好容易，但是别的组的人一个没有，电话问他们，所有人都说被俺老板安排
在一个小时以后，再一个个打电话道歉，叫他们来，晕吧？
写email,电话都不容易找到他，他的理由也都很瞎，email全mass up收不到信啦，
vacation中收不到电话啦。
我觉得他人倒是不坏，就是太不organize了，要他审批的事情，他response一下我得三
天两头的催，堵，头大. 这种老板怎么应付 |

公民身份的那个RFE。我按这个版上那个帖子里的模板，写了Cover Letter，附上了8月
的Visa Bulletin和移民局网站关于Concurrent Filing的网页部分。移民局9月17号收
到后485变成RFE Response Review。
然后昨天下午突然收到txt和email更新，到网站上查发现485变成Testing and
Interview了。
Notice估计还要好几天才能寄到，不过至少说明RFE回复后案子继续在前进。希望这个
信息对大家有用。 |
