You should feel financially comfortable and secure before making
contribution to 401k, etc. With high salary as your couple, "没
有买房,没有生娃,没有买新车", you indeed did not try hard to reduce taxable
income by simple ways.
There are tax-exempt financial products (such as some annuities), but
professional's advice would be worthwhile before you make a decision. No

What about swtiching back to big firms after working in a small firm for a
couple of years? Will they recognize the same positions/levels? Sounds like
there are more responsibities and opportunities in smaller firms to be
