response letter 有太多自己的内容，我还来不及改，只选几个我觉得自己觉得比较有
特色或者有用的给大家参考.

chapter, 2 inventions, 16 conference. only 40-50 citations, but one most
read paper.

papers for reference letters, and I expected this to be relatively easier.
However, I haven't heard any response back yet. It's so difficult to wait
for a response. No matter it's acceptance or rejection, I just want to hear
them back with something. :-(

may mention a date, such as in 3 months, etc, and some of my friends indeed
got the responses back on the last day. I hope that you won't need to wait
for that long though.

基本上来讲，看完最初RFE的信觉得很没头绪，很多项都要补充材料。跟公司的律师见
面谈了一下。这个律师（其实不是律师，是国际办公室的一个人而已）很213，最早准
备材料的时候，我跟他说外面花钱请律师的都要准备一封 petition letter 来文献综
述下申请人的niubility,他说没听说过，这个不需要。我说好像EB1B 只要claim 2-3项
就行了，他说2-3项不够，越多越好。他还很牛b哄哄的说他file的case到现在一个都没
被拒过。俺一听这么牛b啊，那是俺见识短了，立马拜服，于是搜肠刮肚准备材料。他
要俺准备至少20封推荐信，我一听傻眼了，作我们这个的掰着手指头都能数得过来，要
想找够20封信简直是mission impossible。当然最后求爷爷告奶奶，腆着脸皮，... 阅读全帖 |

不瞒您说，我连original RFE notice和response最后啥样都没看到。公司律师压根没
有直接让我参与，只联系了hr和我老板。我都是主动打听，听他们转诉的。根据你给我
的建议，我准备了一些素材，通过我老板和hr转达给她，最后她用了多少怎么用的我都
不知道。本还以为要我proofread final 版本呢，结果今天发信说都寄走了。搞得我心
里一下就没底了。 |

一个身边的例子, Google sponsor的EB1B，140被RFE, 申请人为了省律师费,自己准备
的RFE response，结果直接拒掉。只能EB2了. |

authorship, 不claim awards和media report.
可是律师还是在response的第一条里提到awards,说是我领域里的major awards.
律师把别人引用我的文章放在了“published material in professional
publications", 也就是常说的“media report." 可能EB1B 和EB1A在这点不同?
一篇文章被校报报道，被RFE, 我不想claim, 可律师在response最后的totality里也还
写了 “Has had her scientific accomplishments covered by national press”，
怎么办呢？要怎么说服律师把“major awards"和“national press"删掉呢？如果律师
不肯删， 我是不是把其他一些网站转载校报的报道给律师，至少看上去不光是校报？
恳求建议，不胜感激。 |

把很多引用的媒体
报道里表扬我的段落，还有一些RFE里明确提到要补充的信息（我摘录了一些放在
response letter正文里）都删掉了，变成16页. 她的理由是这些东西都在exhibit材料
里，如果IO要看他自己会去翻，不用放在正文里占地方。我好纠结，一是觉得有有利的
材料应该在正文里点出引着IO去看，而不是指望着他花时间去成堆的支持材料里刨，二
是觉得这样也表示我乖乖按照你的要求做了，你要的东西都在这儿呢。大家出出主意，
我要不要听律师的呢，以前在版上好像也看到大牛们的RFE petition letter都老长了

is Request for Evidence Response Review. The prior status I saw in this
Monday is Initial Review,then today become Request for Evidence Response
Review. It seems to skip the intermediate status: Request for Evidence.

教训：第一次没到mitbbs做功课，亮点提的不够，所以拿到NOID
推荐Yang事务所的David Chen律师，很认真的了解我的行业，在很短的时间内改了好多
封推荐信和完成noid response.

delivered to USCIS yesterday. 昨晚副申请人的online status更新为RFE review了
。但主申请人无变化.
一般RFE response delivered 后多久会有online update.有经验的朋友分享一下.
有点担心他们把整个package放到副申请人的case里去了. |

my attorney mailed the response with the new medical exam results on March
18 and I got a notification from USCIS (NSC) on March 19 indicating they
have got my response and will make an decisions by May 18, 2015. This is
useless since my PD is May, 2011, and next month.
Wondering what else we can do... |

fellow Chinese.
Right now USCIS is processing cases filed before 10/24/2014, so cases filed
this June won't expect a decision till Jan 2016 with current rate of
processing, however it might change depending number of cases USCIS received
.
The law firm will contact service center directly. Contacing senator is an
action that is taken if no response from USCIS within normal processing time
after law firm's inquiry.

，是不是收到了，是丢了还是忘记登记了？
对方只是建议重新寄一份。请问这时再开infopass是不是 和与USCIS 2nd level

anticipate a response Apr 24, 2016.
