The next resistances for JASO are 9.07(30% gain from now) and 10.28. I am
just afraid without really positive news it may hardly get there soon. Many
sectors are way oversold, and the market is approaching some critical
resistance, it's very vunerable to whatever news even a tiny one.
The algorithm (to calculate these "magic" numbers) is not only too "
complicated" to explain, but also inappropriate get it released in public. |

resistance在起作用。
本质上, 除了"大家都不愿意在自己买入价以下割肉",还有一条，就是“钱赚够了就跑”
TA的方法很多种，但最重要的是能找到support/resistance. 而均线只是表示Support/
resistance的一种方式而已。
以后有时间，俺为大家做一些这方面的科普。 |

这里你要学习的人是真正能在市场上赚钱的人，否则错误的理念操作你学得越多，走的
弯路就越多。给pick不是说不对，每个人都希望自己研究的pick能获得大家的认可，但
是对于别人的pick，你去看看图就ok，至于是否要深入分析，你首先要心中有自己的标
准原则和操作习惯。这个pick符合你的操作习惯，进出点很明确和熟悉，好，就当自己
watchlist上的一个股票炒，不要再想它是谁给的pick还是什么的，尤其别认为大牛的
pick就该抱牢，这就相当于爱上你的股票了么，和股票谈情说爱是不好的。

resistant at 50ma and sold the next day.
the 2nd time up ran into resistant at 23, which was obvious if you look
further up, it was a support in early march, then broken and now became a
resistant.
I miss read that, and set the bull spread at 23/25 and both died today. A
mistake at reading the chart. |

在电脑前面，眼睁睁地看着小肚子上的肥肉开始一点点地堆积起来....:((
因此决定开始去gym健身，近期目标是养成每周运动2-3次，每次1小时左右的好习惯；
远期目标是渐渐提高运动强度，以期拥有“机场般平坦的小腹”，呵呵，是不是有点可
望而不可求啊？？
从七月开始去gym跑步，到今天为止共去了8次，基本上实现了每周2次。听说跑椭圆机
比跑跑步机要来得不伤膝盖，所以每次去都是跑椭圆机。一开始只能坚持20min+cool
down，现在已经可以坚持到45min+cool down。一开始只能跑1mile多就不行了，最近两
次都是跑了3mile+0.5mile(CD)，坡度为4，resistance为5。
问题求助：自己觉得自身好象还有潜力可挖，但不知道下一步是应该提高坡度和
resistance? 还是应该在保持这些参数不变的情况下提高速度？如果是要提高坡度和
resistance的话，提高到多少比较合理？如果是提高速度的话，多长时间内跑完一个
3mile比较合理？或者是延长时间争取一次锻炼时跑到 |
