from different sources.
the auto ID will insert as the next biggest number in the column. so if
you manually set indentity_insert xxx off and adds a row of ID 1000,
next auto insert will be 1001. and when you process your manual row of
1001, you'll get the error.
one way to avoid this, that I can think of now is, reserver a gap for
yourself.
say your current ID is 1 - 1000, and you need to manually insert 500
records. reseed t |

As happyangel explained, your original program called srand multiple
times in the same second on the clock, and as a result you kept on
reseeding the RNG back to the same initial number.
Call srand only once in main, then call rand as many times as you
need. If you call rand frequently, then after some time you should
consider reseeding it. I usually reseed an RNG after having called
it to generate sqrt(RAND_MAX) many numbers. |

，再转你要表达的蛋白。读值的时候用蛋白量来normalization。这样也是可以的 |

一致的。第二次转染的时候再转你的transcription factor，即使它会促进细胞增殖，
我觉得不会对结果有多大影响，毕竟你的TF如果activate luciferase expression，差
别那是相当大(suppose你24 or 48hr收样品).细胞增殖的过程实际是你的vector在细胞
里被稀释过程，按照你的说法control background luciferase是应该降低的，如果在
这种情况下你能看到明显的activation，那一定是真的对吧
normalization可以用蛋白浓度(前提是上一样的量),和用上样的总蛋白量其实是一样的
道理

老公是脸皮比较薄的那种人，本来根本不愿意讨价还价，觉得有个offer就挺好，又是
大公司，就不应该多要求什么。可他老板，还有两个朋友（在biotech公司）都说应该
negotiate。老公不太情愿，可能是我比较贪心，又查了monster上的salary，说fresh
Ph.D在那边应该有8-9万多，就劝老公试一试，也算是一种经历吧。
汇报一下结果：
老公首先对HR说了一些客套话，什么拿到offer特别高兴，特别喜欢你们公司，这个
职位特别match啊之类的。然后就说，不过查了一下，你们那里Ph.D平均起薪比你们
offer的要高好几千啊，还有好多公司offer relocation和sign on bonus.
HR马上说，我们公司如何如何好，你不能光看钱，要看“total rewards”。而且，
你这个level就应该拿这么多钱，这是standard。如果你不要，还有很多"candidates
would be more than happy to take this offer as it is".

1. 这个病人未经治疗居然就奇迹般的好了， 根据文献，hsv hepatitis都非常凶险，
没有治疗怎么可能好转？ 激素是暂时性的， 保肝四联在这里没人会买账的。
2. 皮疹是shingle吗？ 一般的医生看一下皮疹就知道， shingle可是巨疼， 诊断很容
易，不需要事后才往上套症状， 所以我打赌不是带状疱疹。
3. 咽炎是HSV吗， 那可是疼的要命的， 我没看出来这个咽炎是HSV。
4. 这个病人先得化脓性咽炎，没好又再得HSV hepatitis， 这不是不可能，但我觉得
实在太别扭了。
4. 唯一支持HSV感染的是HSV抗原和抗体， 可这个发现是原发的还是继发的？ HSV
hepatitis唯一可靠的诊断是liver biopsy， 可惜他们没有。 看看这个：
