如果公司想fire我，给我机会自己辞职，我是该
1.辞职，但有可能损失sign on bonus等利益
2.坚决不辞职，要求lay off，但公司不愿，因为不愿给lay off package
3.于是公司fire我，以后找新工作要求填表格“你是否曾经被fire过，因为何种原因”
。可能会影响我找新工作。

后就没有上班过，一直在家里拿unemployment benefit，每周600左右，很爽
resign是自己主动离职，没有这个福利拿。
所以千万，千万要被雷。被fire了 就是什么 employment termination也没有福利。属
于有什么把柄给公司抓住了，违反了什么纪律，把你解雇了。
laid off一般是暂时停职，由于经济不好，把你放一边，理论上等经济好了还要你回来
。所以叫 放一边（laid off） |

早上去，查看了tickets，等了半个小时问小老板是不是要开会，老板说不行。我十分
钟后直接就说我留下。不愿意
大概十点十五分，被叫去大老板办公室谈话，谈到了十一点半。大致内容如下：

年4月又file一次，等到快绝望了，准备跳槽到另一家公司，提交resign letter的4天
之后perm告知批了，问现任雇主有没有可能我自费所有去申请I140，至少保留个PD，哎
。。。造化啊，离开现任公司实在迫不得已，ICC，工资太太低，下家H1B transfer 已
经approve了。
