从来没做过普拉提，有一次选了一节课，我去了。看着运动量挺大的，觉得很累。然后
看到老师的体形，肚子那肉多多的，她说她一天要教３个小时的普拉提，吃得也很少，
我就纳闷了，那身材咋还不见好呢，难道是因为普拉提本身。从那以后我就再也没做过
普拉提了。。。
大家有经验的说说看？

除非练高温瑜伽，普通瑜伽其实不减肥
上过课的同学都应该知道
置底贴里所谓6式都是再普通不过的基本动作
反正我上课的时候这些都要重复多次
现在不上课了我就在有氧之后做一些自己改良的动作来拉伸
老师说过这些动作也可以在身体没有特别热起来的情况下座
可以用于平时在家、在办公室stretch
至于高温瑜伽，我没练过，不知道效果
