来不允许外人进入。当地原著民当然不愿意就这么认了，不断要求让自己回家，后来毛
里求斯也主张要收回该群岛。
印度洋海岛上强修军事基地还把居民赶走，这么流氓的行为直白的说起来毕竟不好看。
于是2010年英国就宣称在该群岛上建立＂海洋生物自然保护区＂，因为＂要保护环境＂
所以不让人进去。毛里求斯的那帮土著要回家就会破坏环境。这理由多环保！于是就有
了这么个比英伦三岛面积大一倍的＂保护区＂。当然，＂环境保护区＂规则中注明区内
军事行动是没问题的，造成的后果是可以接受的。不过，土著毛里求斯人并不是弱智，
于是提出了这个仲裁案要求确认所谓建立＂自然保护区＂违背了当初约定。最后毛里求
斯胜。不过至今这个仲裁英美根本不认，当了擦屁股纸。
要说明的是，包括以上设立＂保护区＂的真实动机都不是猜测，而是有实打实的证据的

美國難民問題不但沒有川普說的那麼嚴重，而且在一些情況下，接納外來難民還讓當地
人獲益良多。
「金融日報」分析，美國接收的難民人數比率，遠低於許多中東國家和已開發國家。據
統計，黎巴嫩全國每五個人裡就有一名是難民，約旦總人口裡有將近9%的人是難民，土
耳其的比率也高達3%。
再看已開發國家，瑞典境內每100人就有將近兩人是難民，比率堪稱已開發國家之最。
而法國和加拿大境內每200人也有一名是難民。反觀美國，至今為止接受的難民數量不
到全國人口的千分之一。

Resettlement，ORR）对非法移民的孩子们做了更触目惊心的事。
美国《赫芬顿邮报》网站6月20日援引法庭文件称，美国难民安置办公室的雇员通常会
在没有得到儿童父母同意的情况下，向其收容管理的移民儿童投喂精神类药物和镇静药
物。
截至目前，上述药物对被收容的移民儿童的健康已经产生了严重影响；而这样的事情并
