现在大家动不动就说政府开始印钞票。其实在美国，银行可以印钞票，Fed可以印钞票
，只有政府不能印钞票。也绝不是说现在才开始印钞票，以前都不印的。不许政府印钞
票，是因为政府有本能的财政扩张冲动，容易滥发钞票，导致恶性通货膨胀。所以要靠
独立的中央银行来制约。
我根据我的理解写一写银行系统的工作原理。咱是业余选手，如果有错误的地方，或者
是有的地方仅仅是在stating the obvious，请大家看在我敲字辛苦的份上，轻拍，莫
拍脸。

If your investment amount is larger than 25000$ and can buy and hold to
mature even the bond price is lower, you can try individual muni bond.
Otherwise, bond fund is better. Muni is good for those income fed tax rate
above 28 percent. If you hit AMT, don't choose bond or bond fund has AMT
muni. |

slightly higher than AMT-free bond, just avoid those funds. |

sell it before mature, at least 10000$ will give you a better price to sell
. So 25000$ is only 2-3 individual muni bonds which you can compare ratings,
maket value prices, yields, and liquidation (bid prices) to get some
experience. If you can garantee you will buy and hold, then 5000$ is no
different with 25000$. |

the rating is Baa, only below Assurance (AGM/FSA) which is AA3, but higher
than all other companies. The yield is usually better than AGM/FSA insured
bond. I think it is one of the best choice for individual muni bond. |

It looks like that capital gain from selling the muni bonds is still subject
to tax. So should I just avoid buying discount muni bonds? and if I buy
discount muni bonds and hold it to maturity. does it still count as capital
gain or interest? |

money if the issuer call back earlier than maturity. Most bonds have call
protection if less than 10 years from new issue, but under some conditions
some bonds can still partial call. It will count as capital gain if you hold
it to maturity, but for investment, capital gain pay tax still better than
lose money to claim capital loss.

higher. If you want to sell your bond before maturity, I do not recommend
zero coupon bond because the spread between the bid quote from the broker
and market price will be too large. Only you are 100 percent sure that you
don't need that money for a very long time till the maturity, then you can
buy some zero coupon bond. Currently I have about 10 percent zero coupon

,票价应该在千元左右.Johannesburg是国际航班的枢纽,到Durban或者Cape Town大多要
在Tambo International Airport (JNB)转机.
目的地:
如果是度假型,Cape Town是上佳之选,可以说是南半球的Miami;Durban也不错,我们没去
,因为没有买到半决赛门票.如果没有世界杯,Joburg不是典型的旅游城市.
如果是观光型,推荐Kruger Nationaol Park的Safari.如果准备充分,完全可以自驾游.

我用的是俩个zalman reserator。一个冷cpu另一个冷显卡。你可以搜索一下图片。
这种散热器的水泵是在水里面，装满水后一点噪音都听不到。由于外置散热面积大所以
不需要另外加风扇散热。
我一直用蒸馏水，里面加点杀藻的添加剂，定时换换水，目前没遇到什么问题。 |
