It's rare to get phone-calls from them, and do call back to see what it's
about.
A couple of days ago some ID said that he got a voice message, as he couldn'
t pick up the phone then, to ask him to resend the 485 package as his was
lost, but when he called back, even the tier 2 officer didn't know what it
was about, who did an SR and he was told to wait for some days. I don't know
what happened later.

简单介绍背景：生物postdoc第四年，cliam老三样；review 20；3篇一作，是phD时候
的，很小的领域，一共就10个citation；一篇二作，今年3月份NCS,hot领域，围绕这篇
挖了许多，递交的时候因为刚出来不久，只有5 citation,不过这四个月citation已经
涨到20.一共交了13封推荐信，除了PhD老板和现老板，还有两个美国院士，一个欧洲院
士，四个引用一作paper的独立推荐人，及其他合作者等，在现老板和两个合作人的信
里强调了我是两个大grant的重要贡献人等等。
老样子，IO不承认original contribution,说citation太少，还有一些程式的话。但是
有一段话我的律师觉得她接过这么多case都没见过这么写的，大概意思就是说postdoc

到现在连个FP notice的影子都木有~好桑心。。3/22的RD，已经过了30天的normal
waiting period，打电话过去说重新resend了...说要是5/14前还木有收到再打电话。
等得花儿都快谢了，继续求bless...

resend了好几次，今天终于收到了,DEADLINE 是9月5号。但是信里面没有写是那个IO
处理的，感觉时间非常紧张。
我的背景如下：
国内PHD 美国大学博后，植物分子生化方向：
paper ： 一作 4篇，包括一篇IF9, 一篇IF7,另外两篇IF2-3
非一作，2篇，IF3-5.
引用：150 基本都是他引
review：30+ 全都是有IF的杂志1-5不等
会议摘要：4
没有membership 媒体报道。
RFE 是contribution， review 过了，publication过了。
RFE中还提到 我的citation中等，不足以说明优秀什么的。
现在情况是文章没有增加，citation涨到191， 其中一作IF9那篇有97了 |

1.改地址后新地址收到确认信一定要读清楚
2.USPS对待绿卡/EAD是不给forward（普通notice理论上也不forward，但经常可以
forward成功）
改地址的“不成功”经验如下：
2014年7月21日搬家，file了AR-11改地址。新地址收到一封信，默认为确认信，就没仔
细看。
2014年9月15日，拖了一年的485终于批准了。
2014年9月27日，绿卡寄出后，在老地址转了一圈，最终被退回TSC。这时找出“确认信
”，发现地址根本没改成功。During the above referenced call, you or your
representative requested that we updated your address. Please note that
there are instances when we are not able to update an address. We will

In regards to the USCIS appointment, our office has both of the individual's
biometrics but the notice was for the fingerprinting. Our office will
resend another appointment notice to the address listed below：
SInce the cases are under review, I am not able to provide you the time
frame on when they will be rescheduled. According to our system, we have
not received the previous appointment notices returned undeliverable.
这意思是没有收到我们的指纹吗？我们是按照预约时间去打的指纹啊。

I also went to USCIS website to
update my address. To avoid my mistake, go to the website and update your

In addition, it seems for my case USCIS may require another Finger print. I
did it Jan 2009, and my wife did FP in July 2009. But she seems fine. Any

后至今没消息。更奇怪的是LD作为副申请人分别寄回的RFE竟然网上状态没更新。应该

"gold sheet" in the mail. The attorney will resend the birth certification
for us. Looks like the attorney should submit RFE if he/she submitted 485
previously.

今天早上一直和律师商量下一步怎么办，律师建议等到五月一号以后再联系CIS，那是
可以让他们resend（如果退回去了）或是申请replacement，后者要交一定的费用。
之后不久就收到老地址apartment leasing office的消息，说现在那个房子里没有人住
，之前的住户一个礼拜前搬出去了。啊。。马上联系USPS，看看这种情况他们会怎么处
理。USPS建议这种情况下，邮件应该还在信箱里。马上联系leasing office，说服他们
打开信箱，结果就拿到了。还是很幸运的，这么多天还在，而且没有被退回去。不然又
要折腾几个月了。（律师说4-6 礼拜）
