附近护士应该都知道我要说哪位经理，就是那个智商和头发一样少，30岁出头，地包天
，虽然是白人，看起来像是欧洲混血混多了的。总之，在白人里面算是top 5% ugly的
了。
这个店离我比较远，真心很少很少去，一个月不一定去一次，另外，老中住这个店附近
的比较多，基本剩不下什么deal。
第一次，我遭遇这个经理，是75off打印机那次还是25% cb那次记不清楚了，我想去搬
个2280还是2270来着，floor上面没有了额，只有高处架子上面有。我找了小二，小二
刚刚搬下来，那个经理一下子窜出来，说：这个已经卖给别人了，然后指着刚进门的一
个美国老太太。
我说：我比她早来的。
经理突然就亢奋了，说：你不要以为我不知道你是reseller，我有权利不卖给你。说罢
，从小二手里接过打印机 去check out。
我发誓我这是头一次看见这个sb经理。
我只好从旁边搬了401n，check out 走人。 那个sb经理还在给那个老太太讲

天在amazon上以$624在一家名字一望就知是中医开的店买了一个drop ship给病人。而且
第二天还接着在二手继续顶贴求。因为这次的drop ship行为引起了后来的纠纷，Sickd
eal先是用马甲DOD发帖问被drop ship的游医为什么收高额restock fee （36%），装无
辜状。后来又直接使杀招A-Z。直到现在他还坚持他在amazon上买东西，出了问题按ama
zon的规矩来。
先分析一下Sidckdeal的做事，当天卖掉的东西当天求购，等了一下没求到也不涨价求，
直接当天以多$54的价格去amazon买同行中医的货，这里面有什么原因？ Sickdeal的解
释是该款断货了，没求到所以去amazon买了。姑且接受这个理由。那Sickdeal断货了为
什么不直接cancel order呢？宁愿自己不赚钱也要去amazon买了货赖尽早发货给病人？
还不是想保住自己amazon 账号的performance，取悦病人。这都是人之常情。问题是你

不知道算上店面房租和员工成本是否亏。
但是没有reseller，他们的房租和员工都是照付不误的。
其实卖给reseller，虽然利润低，但是量大，效率高。
说不定比招待普通客户利润高，
普通客户刷卡，和cashier聊天，添个rewards申请表耽误的时间海了去了。 |

士从这些店扫货，都是商店受损失，商店本就不该卖给小护士东西，但是没有小护士在
结账时会主动提醒他们，“我是reseller哦”。
小护士本来就是从retail store偷取利益，不是互利关系，所以他们算错了账，让我捡
了便宜，我才不会提醒他们。当然这伤人品，所以发包子嘛。。。
如果神医付款多给了我，我肯定会提醒神医，因为小护士跟神医是互生互利关系，信誉
很重要

我去年收了5个64g的， 被退了4个。 其中有一单3只全部被退。 其中一个被亚马逊
当作resellable 继续卖， 剩下的2只我拿回来看都是开包货， 每个赔100 削价处理了。
而那个resellable的货， 卖出去之后， 没几天买家抱怨是旧货， 亚麻赔了她150安抚
， 过了一阵子之后也reimburse我。
当时亚麻还不是很严厉， 如果换到现在， 这种旧货抱怨会立马收到关list的威胁和警
告， 虽然从头到尾都是亚麻自己在瞎搞。
退货的人的名字是洋人的名字， 我检查的时候机器里面的注册名字也是她。 感觉不
是evil， 是个没良心的买家。 |

我的做法是，在本州申请一个retailer/reseller permit，然后在Amazon Seller tax
setting里面，选A_GEN_TAX，然后在自己州的tax registration number那里填好你的
reseller permit number。就可以自动让Amazon帮你扣消费税了，Amazon有自动生成的
报表，方便你跟州政府报销收税。
当然也可以不设tax setting，你帮客户付消费税。然后每年到了报消费税的时候，自
己一条条订单的查，本州的订单挑出来，总共该多少税自己算，然后交给州政府。 |

agent说一般大家还是喜欢有一个formal dining area,这个option是为dinnig room准
备的。我觉得我们用formal dining room的机会不会太多，不过要考虑已有resell啊
4.islan不会很大，4 X 5, 一般的countertop
6.我理解的是连接冰箱的水管吧，跟冰箱自带的应该不是一回事，我也不知道会有多少用
7.fireplace对于我们来说也不是必需的，主要考虑resell |
