。于是考虑了一下就申请了。
整个申请过程非常顺利，很快RECRUITER就安排了INTERVIEW。几次INTERVIEW下来非常
快就给了OFFER。当时感觉有点难以置信。职位比目前在Wells高两级，薪水要高17%左
右，BONUS方面也比现在也好很多。没有任何犹豫就接受了。

5月5日 （周二）： 收到uscis的email，要求更多材料，在信中说employment offer

她当然会有预期。OPT需要时间审核，也不是100%的通过率，是要提前85～90天办。公
司招人也要成本，如果你OPT没通过，他们还需要重新招人。你不打招呼按CPT操作，确
实提高了公司的潜在成本。
问你要答辩日期，是给你最后给一个机会，同时供他们需要重新评估招聘成本。OPT申
请的时候需要提交答辩时间。如果答辩时间很近，公司可能愿意等。但这个时间最快也
是答辩日期后的几周；最慢的话，EAD卡等几个月都很正常。如果你答辩的事情不确定
，或者需要时间太久，同时你的可替代性比较高，他们会rescind你的offer好面试别人
。重新面试期间，如果你OPT顺利通过，还是有机会去上班。催的急，有可能是因为给
你的offer没有rescind的情况下，他们的内部policy或者法律规定，不能面试其他人员。

USCIS撤销了。看来激发这个Rescind并不是USCIS因排期误批滴问题。我还是认为，除
非发生特殊情况（如某些case的RFE没有被处理,定期向officer发出提示），已经批准
的绿卡case不会再被系统激活审查。 |

差不多。现在还有一个CALL BACK 没回音，不过关系不大，很可能会接受手头这一个。
有明年在NYC作SA或上学的，夏天可以一起吃个饭啥的。
想想我们这一年的2L真是不容易，SA OFFER 少了很多，拿到了还要担心明年夏天能不
