标 题: 求建议:我这种情况应先做个Service Requst 要求relink吗?

I-485是2007年7月交到NSC,EB-3类型,支持的 EB3 I-140,也在NSC.PD是2005年初.后来
换了工作，新的PERM和EB-2 I-140, 也都是在NSC.
以下是最近的一些update:
(1) 09/09 NSC网上显示：EB-2 I-140 已经批准，邮寄出通知
(2) 09/17 NSC网上显示：I-485 RFE，邮寄出通知
(3) 09/22 律师收到EB-2 I-140批准通知，PD是2005初，从EB-3 I-140成功转过来．
(4) 现在律师让等到I-485RFE，将RFE response 和 I-485 relink放在一起做了，这样
使IO非常清楚．

然后头脑抽筋去lendingtree查auto loan的行情，据说有auto loan之类的credit

auto loan，把ssn输进去后，就被一大堆骗子去银行hard pull我的credit。roadloans
.com这个垃圾骗子行动最快，又是pull，又是电话，又是邮件，说我approval了。妈的
，23.8%得rate，泥马当我是傻子呀。
然后另一银行也说批准了，我都没申请呀，我填了那个requst compare loan rate后，
就当我向所有得loaner申请了，这他妈算什么呀。还好，这个银行得rate还不错，2.44
%for2013的新车。
前几天去bmw bayside找一认识的人，给一朋友买车，说也要3.75%。
以前听说的这个rate不是都是0%，或者less than 1%的吗？

and still wait for the report, then estimate the cost to repair and
replacement. We worried, if we requst more credit after we get the report,

谢谢建议。我再耐心等上几天，参照I-140的收到通知的等待天数，也差不多该收到RFE了。
是不是大家的I-485 RFE 网上信息是不是都是一个样子? 比如,要再次打个手印,要个雇佣信,都是以下我收到的样子?

下面是我搜集到的前人催name check的方法，也不知道现在还有用么，我打算试试了
1. Contacted Congressman (received reply stating that FBI received requst on
Nov3, 04)
2. Requested FOIPA (received 'no-record on file' response)
3. Sent an e-mail to Secretary of State through their Website!! (response?)
4. Contacted Local FBI office and submitted a request (no reply so far)
5. Contacted local police (basically the deputy chief said they cannot do

１．不知道I-485在NSC是否已经自动relink好了？如果不是巧合，I-485基于EB-3,排期
还有一年多，不应到收到I-485的RFE. 希望是最好情况：I-485 relink在EB-2 I-140
批准时已经自动批准了，只要回复RFE．
2. 如果没有，需要做relink，大家都是先要做个service request,要到relink的邮寄
地址，并附 |

我老公和我不同一天。他是第二天下午3点。但是他要在打指纹的同一天，去纽约机场
接我婆婆。 飞机是下午2 点。不可能在3点赶到。
打指纹信里说： 如果要reschdule, 必须通知USCIS， 并且将信的原件和requst
reschedule 寄到指定的地点。然后他们再给一个appointment。
问题：
我们可不可以直接和打指纹的center联系，提前打指纹？
或者，我老公早上去center打指纹，下午去接我婆婆？
不知道是否必须按照信里的schedule.
