因为头一遭，没啥经验，有两个问题问问大家，望大家指点：
1. committee chair提到wife availability,想让老婆也去，由于特殊原因老婆去不了
，这种情况下老婆不去影响该不大吧？直接说老婆不能去，她支持我去这个地方？
2. chair要求我发一个summary of startup request, 从来没高过，哪里可以找到个模
版什么的？
另外，2nd visit要salary expectation, negotiate等，如果有需要注意的地方，希望

the offer. Normally, there will be no presentations on the second visit. The
SC chair or someone else will tour you around in the town or hook you up
with a realtor agent. Certainly, there will be some individual meetings with
those you missed at the first time.
However, you need to come up with a reasonable startup request or you can
blow it off. In general, you can ask for some equipment, summer salaries,

进apple账户查看，发现，说是resuest conformed;
原因是change my mind. 我没有change mind呀，
apple自己扯谎，也太不要脸了吧？
而且好像还要我自己花钱寄过去？还得赔钱。
如果我不寄 ，他能拿我怎样？

的几个月不会有大的涨幅了, 想把80%股票转成40%股票,这个request要多久生效? 30天
吗? 每次调整比例(基金种类还是一样,一个equity的和一个money market)要收费吗?

“说我因为H1B批准了，as such, the applicant has no longer for status F1
academic student.”
第一句话就不对。如你所说，你的H-1B要到十月一日才能生效，生效之前，你仍然是F-
1 身份。
“The OPT requested has been terminated on SEVIS system, the SEVIS
system did not update the dates of employment and nor, these dates of
employment did not appear in the SEVIS school system. Therefore, the
applicant is not eligible for the benefit being sought.”
这一句更是无厘头。你的H-1B批准了，SEVIS就terminate你的学生身份了？
问问学校的ISO，看看他们是不是出了什么问题 |

没有收到，不知道到底要求什么东东。从3月份用OPT开始在一个大学里做数据分析工作
。 收到信后会上来更新。
教训：在这种严酷的环境下，一定要要求Premium Processing，这样出了像这样的问题
还有比较多的回旋时间。

detailed materials required.
after USCIS receive your materials, they will restart to process your case.
The processing time depends on if you are under regular processing or
premium processing. If under regular processing, it will take 60 days to get
the decision; while under premium processing, it will give you the decision
in 15 calender days. |

REF Response早在几周前就寄了，那为什么到现在网上的状态还是“Request for REF”呢？
USCIS如果收到了不是应该改成"REF Response Review"吗？还是说就是不变直到变"Decision"?
公司11月22号给我寄了申请(Premium Processing），12月初收到REF通知，12月底寄出
Response,一直到现在无音无信，干等的感觉真不是滋味。
同遇到REF的童鞋可以说说你们的网上状态是在Response多久之后变的吗？果真是要先变

是一个P.O.Box的地址，这个地址不能用作fedex的地址吧？如果我用fedex寄的话那地

request for evidence，GOOGLE了一下，貌似是要求补充材料的意思，心里很慌，请有
经验的朋友帮我分析一下，问题出在哪里？
疑点1，我一共拿了两个美国的master学位，先一个CS，中间间隔了几年后，又拿了
一个工程类的非CS master。我办OPT和OPT延期都用的是非CS学位，因为当时方便学校
开证明，但是现在从事的工作却是CS相关的，所以H1B申请就用的CS学位，不知道是不
是这里出了什么问题？
疑点2，本科成绩单是很多年前国内的学校开的，看起来没有美国这边的成绩单正式
，不知道是不是引起了不必要的怀疑？
我是公司统一请律师办的PP，所有的材料都是在律师的要求下准备的，工资单，各种
材料copy感觉都非常齐全，不知道为什么会需要补充材料？现在USCIS的信肯定会先寄
给他们，我现在除了着急外也很心慌，请版上的朋友们帮我分析一下，万分感谢了！ |

我现在搞了3个list, 记录每次request的time
在每次请求的时候,把time塞入3个list中, 然后再trim掉过期的
在求get_requests_last_hour中,先trim,再返回list.size()
当然还有加锁之类的容易搞.
有没有更好的方法？ |
