写一点。
客观背景：
生物来美八年在一个二三流学校挨着了地，其间无休学，无 paper，无实习。 从本科
算起无工作经验， 也没上过 cs 或者是工程学院的课程，出来以后生物算文理，跨院
修课有麻烦 （本科曾有机会修计算机双学位，因为听从师兄师姐建议要学好生物就没

首先说明一下，我本来是浙大计算机2008级的学生，后来因为无法按时毕业延期了一年
，于是就变成了2013年毕业，所以今年才开始找工作。
然后剧透一下，我最终选择的未来雇主是 Jane Street Capital，职位是 Assistant
Quantitative Researcher，工作地点在香港。
以下开始正文。
暑假的时候都在搞 ACM 集训，觉得找工作的事还早。开学了以后听说各路大牛早已面
试了各种公司拿到了各种 offer 就开始有些心慌。虽然我自己是一心想去国外工作的
，但是我家里不怎么同意，所以一开始没特别考虑出国工作的事，想着等那些企业来校
招的时候投投简历得了。然而自己还是不愿对出国工作死心，于是就经常在 GitHub
Jobs 和 StackOverflow Careers 这两个网站上瞎逛。
出于自己的爱好，我一直以来都有一个小小梦想，找到一个能用 Haskell 或类似语言

电面题目是什么是mutex，为啥要有；binary tree仅有单个child的节点数；和简单
binary search。
onsite第一个是问distributed，四个机器各32g+2t内存和硬盘，如何最快速sort 一个
repository里8t的64位整数，uniform distributed。
第二个是判断链表是否有环。又问，fast赶上slow之前有几次超过slow，如何证明。后
续是解开环。这里当时没想清楚，简单的追赶想到圈长上去了，导致做解环的时候也把
自己搞懵了。
第三个是说64位机器只用long的低48位寻址，前16位必须跟sign位即第47位一致，如何
判断。还问了个strstr，如果输入是user defined的实现，该怎么办。 |

如果是数据结构，考repository的数据结构，而不单单是内存里面的数据结构
如果要考单机的，内存的，问具体的实现类，以及不同实现类之间的区别
对类库熟悉程度决定了干活时候的效率，对类库不熟，干活不会快
前两个都是研究生课程内容，光本科生如果不是有针对性选修的
搞不定，最后一个就看经验 |

个东西拼起来很麻烦，不过发现DVCS的概念果然好。其实原来TFS里的shelfing已经有
这个意思了，但还是在server上。 TFS2013也有local repository和local commit,
但俺觉得too little, too late. MSFT还是直接package Git,把TFS的ticketing部分和
client integration做好就是了。 Source control这部分就算了吧。 |
