感觉已经处理的差不多。
现在的问题主要集中在media report上，因为我的media report主要是针对我的一篇三
作的文章，有yahoo，msnbc等大约60多个报道吧，还有大约10个其他国家的主要媒体，
但IO对此提出质疑，说although the beneficiary's name was mentioned in the
articles, it cannot be concluded that the articles were about him?
版上的同修以前肯定也遇到过类似问题，不知道大家有啥经验可以分享？有类似经验的
同修，不知道是否分享下你处理rfe时针对media report准备的一些材料，比如你给io
回复时的media report方面的澄清，还有你针对media report要的额外的推荐信模板，
非常非常感谢！！！！ |

的technical report系列里面. (但是在其中2篇technical report基础上面发展出来的
东西, 倒是发表了)
我今天发现, 这几个technical report, 居然也有别人引用了, 而且还有60多次(当然,
这里面肯定包括几次我自己引用自己的)

那个credit report可容易弄混了，当年我LG的experian的credit report和我们学校一
个女生
的弄混了，因为两个人名字就差一个字，然后又曾经在同一个apartment complex住过
，street
name一样；后来我LG打电话去dispute，那人就说哪个不是你的给你去掉就行了，后来
好像去掉了几
个帐号，但是personal information还是一样的，两个人的都在上面，后来我们就懒得
follow up
了；今年年初的时候我又查了一下我LG的credit report，结果发现现在是三个人的混
在一起了，又
加了一个纽约的什么人。
打电话去dispute是长长的录音，最后也懒得管了，好在都是中国人，credit记录都比
较好，估计谁
也没拖累谁，后来我们贷款的时候好像credit report上正常了，不过当时收到的
credit report
copy比较简单，不知道是不是只是一个bureau的。 |

我们现在还在PROTOTYPING最后阶段，下个星期安装公司开始做PRODUCTON ENVIRONMENT
，然后下个月底克隆个TEST ENVIRONMENT 给我们试用。准备明年一月下旬GO LIVE。我
觉得时间是很足够的，可我们的IT既不懂LINUX，也不懂ORACLE 的REOPORT WRITING，
说是要让安装公司先做些必须的基本REPORT，等她有空了再去学。可我们根本没有
BUDGET按安装公司的报价让他们做各种REOPORT。
老板想PUSH IT PERSON去学，她就推说没空到目前为止什么也没做。而且看样子她根本
就是能推就推。她是个几十年的老IT了，公司旧系统的CRYSTAL REPORT都是她做的。只
要她想学，１０G REPORT 按理应该不算太难吧？
我都想自己学了或者找个人帮做了，不然根本不可能如期GO LIVE。
版上有谁愿意做的话给我站内信好吗？是需要ONSITE做还是要远程登录我们的系统做？
或者是做好了我们公司UPLOAD到系统里面？

report很快就load到了页面上。多运行几次后，report就要花2-3分钟才能显示，然后
几次下来，可能要10分钟才能出来。一查server，cpu到了100%。搜了一下，不少人也
碰到过这个问题，尝试了一些办法，但是问题都没能解决。
report的datasource是在页面load的时候动态生成，见下。Dataset1从sqldatasource1
获得数据，Dataset1再和reportviewer1捆绑。reportview1显示的report是report1.

application里加一些report的功能，无非是export一些excel, pdf 或者chart什么的
。讨厌的是有几个app 都是骨灰级的，实在不愿意再花时间去Update他们。想到回头这
类的request会越来越多，觉着还不如建立一个report application, 专门来create
report得了。MS SQL server已经给否了，估计会找个open source的framework （java
based )来弄弄。大牛们能不能给点建议？感觉现在一说report好像jasper 挺不错。
这个好用吗？我的一个关键问题是需要能customize authentication and
authorization. 不知道这一点上jasper咋样？另外，好像还有BIRT, 这个和jasper,
哪个好用些？谢谢了。 |

ods rtf.
I try to use proc report to do the listings, and i have trouble of ODS, page
count etc. I try to find some trick but can't get much.
So i review the other programmer's codes and found most of them use data
steps instead of proc report.

昨天LD在高速上出了点事，警察和拖车来的挺快。事后LD问警察要REPORT，警察说要在
MA RMV网站上REQUEST。LD也没记下前面肇事司机的INFO。
回家在RMV网站上看，确实有CRASH REPORT REQUEST，但是要求等4个星期， 还要收20
块钱。
有没有别的方法拿到这个REPORT？LD下个月就回国了。

和图示整个天方夜谈，好在我在肇事现场拍了一些照片，保险公司认定我没责任，只赔偿我，不赔偿其他人，包括一些无辜
受牵连的（就是我被撞，造成我的车撞了别人）。现在所面临的问题是该不该plea no guilty，还是选择no contest然后
defensive driving。
如果选择no contest的话，那么被我撞的车如果跟我打官司的话，即使不能用这个citation作为依据对我进行索赔，是不是
照样可以用那个错误的police report 作为依据同我打官司？
如果我打赢了官司，那citation被remove了，可police report是不是也就remove了？
另外pretrial conference 应该注意些什么？是不是该把所有证据都亮出来，还是留个后手什么的？检察官是不是跟警察是
一拨的？
假设没有citation的话，如果警察的report有错误，又该如何让来更改？ |

请问这个natural diaster是什么？不是车祸事故吗？另外，这个车的title说是没问题

车是04年的，共三任车主，06年2月报告了车辆被购买及第一任车主(vehicle purchase

还要花10多块买，请问我是需要自己花钱买report了后再给保险公司么？多谢 |

度都在35或40左右）。police 来了，report上说是对方闯红灯，并且report上还有一
个witness， 说这个witness说是对方的错。
对方找了个lawyer， 所以我们也找了一个lawyer。原以为这个案子肯定会
赢的，因为police report 说是对方的错。但今天收到我的lawyer的来信，说那个
witness改口说是我的错了， 说是我闯的红灯，所以我的lawyer不接我的case了。
现在我该怎么办呀？再找一个新的lawyer？witness 事后改口会被采纳吗？为什么
police report 都不起作用呀？
这个发生在去年9月，怎么我的lawyer 到现在才告诉我这个witness改口了呀？ |

witness,到底witness怎么说的。
这件事至少说明对方律师比你请的更有经验。police report对对方不利，都有律师愿
意接手，打个反击战。 而你的律师在现在不利于你的情况下，就想撒手不管了。这个
对比，双方律师高下立刻可见。
对方律师肯定走的是这个过程：不受police report的结论影响，律师请客户付费，找
了个private investigator,重新独立做车祸调查。对witness的提问，都比较有技巧性
，把witness绕一绕弄晕，然后witness就觉得自己当时搞错了，是你闯红灯了（假设确
实是对方闯红灯）。

我紧记了，所以我再也没有买二手车，所以给想买的同学提个醒，Dealer都是骗人的，
CPO的车也都是不可靠的，Report都是Delay的，所以我现在都觉得那个Report查没查都
没什么关系~
或者如果刚出车祸的车赶快立刻卖掉，不然等放在Report上再卖就不值钱了~ |

叫来了警察，问警察要report，警察不给，只提供了一个incident＃,让警察和保险公
司的人电话说了几分钟。
对方到没有扯皮，车子被撞后在哪儿留条，然后正好下班出来了遇到。警察来了给对方
一个无照驾车ticket上庭，高速对方要让人pick up。
没有其他证人，这种情况下怎么去要incident report的信息？这个incident＃的
report就是police report吗？ |
