发帖数: 8162 | 8 嗯, 如果是结构型的问题, 那么里面的drywall和外面的brick veneer都会出现裂缝。
你这种情况，应该就是settling的时候扭力造成了mortar的脱开，没啥大不了，如果不
喜欢这样，repoint一下就好了。 |

修的人说，烟囱应该不会有问题了，
除非风雨大，角度不好，水可能从chimney cap飘到fireplace

些泥。然后楼上的一个房子的八角窗外围和窗户都换了需要换。前天告诉卖方需要修这
两个，其实还有些别的，比如当时的房子介绍上写有车库自动遥控器，后来发现没有，
还有些别的毛病，但不大，可以自己修。昨天卖方同意给我们修窗户，正在考虑是否修
烟囱，结果今天告知我们有了个新买家愿意出现金，不用检查房子。给我们机会，如果
同意什么也不修就继续。我的代理告诉我她咨询我的律师，律师说卖方可以在房检讨价
还价阶段接受新的offer, 请问是这样么？代理说她从来没有听说过这种事儿。如果我
愿意继续的话就给200美金买那个窗户。
我们同意了。问题是我想知道这样的事情是不是合理的。卖家如果在和买家签了合同后
可以接受其他offer么？如果后来的offer十分诱人的话他是否可以自己解除合同？我的
房子检查已经花了570元，也刚开始申请放贷，比较郁闷。上来问问大家。 |

子真不难找的，但是也没看见木头房子卖的比砖头房子慢。木头房子没那么容易坏，砖
头房子也不是一劳永逸，如果是那种真正的brick contruction的house（不是brick
siding），过一段时间就要请mason做repointing brick,那个费用可真不低，虽然不需
要刷外墙。我家2种都住过，要真大修还是木头房子便宜，美国的泥水匠真是请不起。 |

可是我们这里显然大家都愿意买砖房。木头房子极少，有几个便宜的townhome, 卖的
便宜卖的慢。 我怎么觉得木头房子容易坏啊；如果是砖头的townhome 差不多年代的就
要贵10-15万啊 |

括很难改门窗size大小，如果换门窗的话必须跟以前的一模一样大小，否则动到石头或
者砖的话，contractor说他们做不了，你要请mason bla bla.不过如果是brick siding
的话这些都不是问题，因为brick只是veneer，只起到装饰性的作用而已。还有，我感
觉美国的砖头房子跟国内的砖头房子还是不一样，国内的房子内墙什么的都是水泥的，
这里的砖头房子感觉是砖头/石头房子里又套了一个木头房子的感觉，外面的砖头是起
到structural的作用，里面内墙什么的都还是木头的。 |

new clustered index. Also since we only alter clustered index database
engine will not spend time inventory the existing constraints--they will be
left untouched.
However, when you drop the clustered index, all indexes(clustered and non
clustered) are gone. All constraints will be modified/removed.
Actually my first statement is not 100% correct I just realized... it is
true that non clustered indexes will not be dropped |

I have jdk 1.5 and 1.6 both installed. They are under
/System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/
You can switch versions on the fly by repointing
the symlinks.
My only complaint from doing development on
a mac is the terminal sucks. The keys (especially
the Delete/Backspace) don't work consistently
between: a) a local shell, b) a ssh session, and
c) screen within a ssh session. |
