没想到物业的property manager这麽黑。
情况是这样的：现在住的apt今年7月底到期。上周五受到物业的
信，要renew. 因为新的base rent还算reasonable, 所以上周六去
签了lease. 新的lease今年8月开始。上午发现新的lease里面加了
两条：一条是leasor可以提前30天通知我们搬走（无原因）；另一
条是leasee若是提前终止leasee,leasee is responsible for replayment of
all concessions granted for term of lease.
非常后悔没有仔细读renew 得lease就签了名。上午打电话去negotiate,

先讨论清楚,心里必须有一万只代表what的草泥马走过
产品搞清楚了,剩下才是技术活,另外一万只代表how to do it的草泥马走过。Web
service技术上必须要有data model,要有API,要有server三大块，根据产品要求来组装
三大块。至少能支持主要的产品需求,要保证能work不出大错.
最后再扯扯锦上添花的东西,比如能否悔棋,能否replay,要支持这些feature怎么去做
像你这样上来就写code,就纠结技术细节,一看就没戏

除了POE交换机是美国买的外，全部海康产品都是从中国带来的，同类产品大概比美国
便宜一半。有2个doom机，3个bullet摄像机。还有一个便宜的萤石室内机C2C。
POE交换机用的是pathdream推荐的产品，很好，没有风扇，很稳定，大约50刀。规格上
那些经销商在搞花样，网上说是50摄氏度，实际产品上标的是40度。
单独的POE很有必要。你可以把它单独放到一个地方，那样可以解决线缆的美观问题。
NVR和switch用网线连接就可以了，可以放到其他任何地方，这样安全。
优点：
1.还算稳定，基本没有死机。但碰上2个严重错误：1个DOOM摄像机每隔几天设置会丢失
，恢复到未激活状态，即IP地址变化，密码可以让你重新设置。升级firmware后尚未出
现问题。萤石室内机C2C有一次拔电源后居然固定的IP地址被改变了！！！
2.缺点就太多了
1.产品规划混乱，你看他们的官网上的产品，几乎搞不清楚产品的分类。海康网络摄像
机产品大致分为2类，一类是俗称工程机的高清网络摄像机，另一类称为“经销商”摄
