这个rent-to-own的好处是，假设三年后你还在这里，那么你三年后现金买下来就赚了
，因为你租金的一部分（据说30%）已经付了部分房款了。要是你离开这里，不买这个
房子，那么你的损失估计就是头款 （down payment）。
我不清楚的是：
1。如果不买， 损失是什么？是不是头款不退？头款一般是房价的3-5%
2。很多rent-to-own的的广告都是说No Agents/ Investors。 不明白。难道房子买前
不看看房子好坏的么？
3. 如果三年后你用现金买下房子后，能不能马上把房子抵押给银行，然后把钱再取出
来作其他的用途。
4。一般都是什么样的人会用rent-to-own的方式出售自己的房子。
每个问题都有包子， 不过我的伪币不多，辛苦朋友们了， 呵呵。 |

I have a friend traveling to San Diego from China for a week. He needs to
rent a car at San Diego airport, he has Drivers License from China. Can he
rent a car at San Diego? is there anything he needs to prepare to rent the
car? I called Enterprise was told he needs an international drivers license.
I am not sure where to get this kind of driver's license.
