nobel prize, I'm happy that this one is given to Liu and therefore brought l
ots of attention onto China's human rights situation. for me, whatever that
works to help improve the terrible human rights sitiation in china is a big
positive.

症状：
1.IE下不能下载东西，说是下载被禁止，360杀毒可以发现，提示IE被更改，修复，重
启后现象依旧，用Norton查不出这个
2.开机运行后，有一个进程时不时占用CPU到20-50% （如图），中止后，又会自动出来
，然后过一阵（几个小时）又占很高CPU，有时候又正常，不抽风
3.点右键，出现如附图的错误提示，有时候rename也会出现这个错误提示
4. 其它运行正常
解决方法？重装？？ |
