两个2010年的ticket collection，一共才75块钱，却让我的信用分数少了70分左右！
说起这两个ticket更是郁闷，当时我一共欠了4张ticket没还，然后我们city就把它们
转给collection agency了。agency的大妈给我打电话，告诉我欠两张ticket的钱没还
。当时我还问她确定吗？我记得是有四张。她咬定说系统里面只查到有两张，于是我就
把那两张付掉了。
本以为这件事就这么过了，谁知道前天一查信用分数，Experian的记录里面那两张
ticket赫然在目,导致分数只有700出头，难怪前两天申请BA的卡还被pending。于是我
赶紧给那个collection agency打电话，结果他们又找出了那两张未付的ticket，我狂
晕。但他们说付掉ticket以后就会给我把record remove掉，我于是赶紧付了。但不知
道这种2年前的记录现在还能说remove就remove吗？据他们说是5天以内就会从记录上消

我正在买一个房子。 offer签了，刚过17天， 现在seller需要removal 各种
contigency. 但是我们loan现在没有完全办下来，只是conditioned approval.
Escrow只有30天， 现在只剩下10天左右closing. 我想问我能不签 loan contigency
removal 吗？ 有什么后果。 如果签了后，到时候loan下来的时间过了30天的
deadline, 又会有什么后果。

removal loan contigency（其他的removal已经签了），否则我是breach contract,
deposit is at risk ($18000). seller agent 也已经给我们2天的notice了。
我自己的 buyer agent (也是 loan agent) 也逼我签， 也威胁我说，不签的话，
seller有权把deposit拿走。 问题是 这个agent 还没有帮我们把 loan完全办下来，大
概还要1-2天。 我想我不能签，至少必须等loan 完全approved.

If I put on heavy eye makeup, I'd use make makeup remover pad, then wash my
face with makeup remover, and also wash my face with regular facial cleanser.

连rim都给扳掉了！
唉...
我记得KY是涂够了的，只是放到枪膛里看一看能不能顶上枪栓，谁知道KY就都没了呢？
一用力，就塞在里面再也拔不出来了。
本来想买RCBS的这个stuck case remover，但还是要等好几天运到，等不及了！
又看了看评测和calguns论坛上的讨论，说是这个rcbs质量不好，就是一个taper而已，
完全可以自制。
材料：
1/4-20 taper 已有
1/4 flat washer 0.7/4
11mm socket 已有
1/4 hex bolt 1.4/2
17/32 drill bit 已有
把die倒置在press上，先给该死的弹壳屁股上钻个5.1mm的洞，爆它的菊花!
再给它的菊花攻丝！
再套上套子 (socket & washer)
再旋上螺钉，够着它的菊花螺纹，上扳手给我掏！
总算给我掏出来了......罪魁祸首就是它！

case 才会被 review，确认违反了 Term of Participation 的Petition 会被 remove
. 看了下原来的 Petition，觉的里面提到了薛铊李铊的工作单位，这一点有 violate
privacy term 的嫌疑。发起原 Petition 的同学应该会收到封解释信 explaining why
it is removed，能不能告诉大家官方的解释，这样需要重新写 Petition 的时候可以
avoid some tricky terms.

这辆车（朋友那里的保险也没停，等于是有两份保险的），今天把车还了，我在geico
里面remove，系统提示说最好确认dmv给的surround license plate receipt，不然可
能会被罚款/吊销驾照，因为我这个不是这个情况，我就没填这个，直接remove掉了。
是不是只要dmv系统里显示这个车至少还有一份有效的保险就行了，就不会有事。 |

对浅的scratch，我一般用scratch X，使劲的擦。
这种remover其实就是把划痕附近的clear coat给摊均匀一点，所以只有clear coat这
一层的划痕才有用。
之后还要再用其他quick detailer清洁，喷点液蜡之类的，才能去掉remover留下的油
腻腻的一片。
瞪眼仔细看能够看到深色的痕迹，但不是浅色的划痕。
你可以买来试试。就算这个划痕不管用，今后其他的也许用得着。 |
