背景： 自己在Amazon新建了一个list，大路货， 不是自己的品牌， 谁都能卖。 被留
1 star review的时候只有两个seller在卖。
前两天突然发现这个List被人留了一个1 star的review， 于是点进去看了看:
1. 这不是verified purchase, 证明写review的人没有买过这个产品。
2. 那会不会是这个人在别的地方买了这个产品， 然后不满， 跑到Amazon上写review
呢？ 我否定了这种可能.
原因如下：
这个reviewer是个枪手， 专门帮人写review的。 这个reviewer总共写过6个review，

approval的。如果说没有什么“致命”的影响，那么贷款最终下不来的可能性就几乎没
有了，remove contingency也是可以的，但是一定要跟loan agent确认清楚，因为
remove了之后一旦loan下不来损失deposit就划不来了。另外loan下来的时候万一过了
30天可以跟卖家商量一下延几天contract，卖家看到贷款有“实质性进展”一般都会同
意延期。当然最好是催着loan agent在30天内close。 |

我想问他们说的是对的吗？ 我让buyer agent 出示条款。 上面说的好像也没有他们说
的那样。 请问他们是诈我的吗？ 另外，我现在需要extend Escrow closing的时间
吗？

deposit的。seller唯一可威胁你的就是不卖给你，但是离close就几天，seller这样做
毫无意义。相反，你要是remove loan contingency,，那么你没任何保护了，要是loan
下不来，或其他原因不能买房你都拿不回deposit.seller 估计看快close，你还没搞定
loan,怕到时成交不了，要你remove来保护自己拿deposit吧。

在我的再次提醒下，现在loan agent问了银行，说可以用extension的表替代，具体怎
么操作我不清楚。然后他也和我明说了，谁也无法保证贷款一定能下来。
现在我的麻烦来了，在现在的情况下我可以remove loan contingency吗？ 风险大吗？

APPROVAL 140， 2001年交485， 2004年485 DENY然后同年APPEAL。 2006年APPEAL成功
， 824 APPROVED, case转到NVC。 去广州移民局面试的时候被告知， 档案上有6C1，
所以DENY， 不可以来美国。
我爸在485DENY/APPEAL而ADVANCED PAROLE有效的时候， 进出美国3次。 前2次顺利，
最后一次在入境处被抓告知不可以这样出入美国境。 我爸爸当时告知移民官他正在
appeal, 移民官就同意他入美国， 但当下没收他的护照， 让他去洛杉矶移民局（或是
警察局， 我忘了）拿回。 不知道是不是因为这个事件， 被写上6c1.
我爸2005年离开美国（至今没入美国境）没多久就被告知appeal成功， 但广州移民局
因为6C1， 又一次DENY了我爸爸的移民。
