家庭的话，考虑一下周边生活便捷性是最主要的
我也纠结呢，1300的湖景房，二楼阳台直接看lake，但是在100户大的apartments里面
，房子1962年，里面设施太旧了，位置比较好，下楼就是downtown，和lake way，2个
block就是transit center。 就是住户太多怕乱，还有就是房子旧
第二个也是1300，2B1B，在house群中的一个小apartment，才4个住户共享一个
Building，比较安静一些，但是不临湖，也是几步路downtown transit center，但是
房子是remolded过，设备都蛮新的
还有一个就离downtown远了在 Google边上，走路可以去google,不过去不了Google和我
没关系，门口也有公交，1100一个月，也是一个大House劈开几个apartment，比较安静
，周边都是百万豪宅，就是价格便宜，不临湖
纠结选哪个，省200块钱住Google边上激励一下自己呢，还是享受生活住一下湖景房 |

一个我们现在很实用的礼物--一个小烤箱。其实在他走之前就已经寄给我了一张圣诞贺
卡。
看到他做的这些，想想他前段时间帮我抢房子时的一幕一幕，突然发觉网上有些观点真
的是错了。比如大家都说buyer的agent通常不会为buyer着想，这一点在我这里就得到
了一个反证，我的这个agent从我开始跟他说要买房开始就一直很热心很负责的帮我，
为了给我们争取到最大的利益，不怕麻烦，一次又一次的跟seller那边讨价还价，帮我
们省回了少说也有2-3万。中间我们申请了2次loan，都是他帮我们先付钱，那时候担心
贷款下不来，他说所有的appraisal fee 都由他来出，要是最后呈交了，我们就只用付
一份appraisal的钱就够了，要是最后loan实在下不来，所有的钱都不用我们出。还有
offer被接受之后，他帮我们找inspection公司，预约时间，loan下来之后又帮我们联
系了一个很不错的contractor帮我们remold房子(当然这中间，我们由于受到网上言论
的影响，怕他帮我们找的有猫腻，所以自己 |

房子质量很好，里面的实木都是一流的，
设计也很unique。
唯一的问题就是卫生间比较小，浴缸还是塑料的
（难道是刚流行塑料时装的？)

不过那个理论是Piaget老先生的，不是我自己的。当然，现学现卖的本事我这个书呆子
是有的。
昨天看到一本书上说，我们的大脑主要是三个因素决定的。有了适当的食物，睡眠和刺
激，自然的力量就可以保证大脑的基本结构得到良好发展；而人最后会表现出什么样子
，基因起到了很大的作用，尤其在性格脾气方面。但是，最近几十年大脑扫描科学的发
展，有了一个颠覆脑神经科学的惊人发现，那就是我们的大脑是有弹性的，或者说可以
重塑的。而且大脑的物理变化在我们的一生中一直在发生着，而不是像我们从前假定的
那样，只发生在儿童时期。
（这个让我想起了你以前讲到过“大脑灰质剪枝理论”，但是应该也不算矛盾。一个是
从redundant到remaining；另一个是从remaining到remolding）
那么什么东西重塑我们的大脑呢？经验。即便在很老的时候，我们的经验依旧可以改变
大脑的物理结构：大脑神经元在受到外界刺激时被激活--〉神经元之间有连接并形成通
路--〉每一个特定通路是如何被激活的决定我们的思维活动--〉多个神经元被同时激活

the curves were fitted. some were remolded to serve the designer's own
purposes. Now apart from such conceptualists as mcqueen who express ideas,

不得不说，这个idea太牛了
以前买climbing shoes，总有个地方，个别指头不合适。所以要么你运气好，买到
刚好的。要么就要买5.10红鞋或者意大利尊贵纯皮那种stretch好的，再break in
现在这个，5min搞定
刚才试了一下。弄之前，我脚3个指头被挤得爆疼。现在remold之后，跟手套一样
perfect match。。。
太牛了。。。
买鞋还送你一堆montrail各种设计图案大小不一的贴纸。。。lol
