method还是能理解点，就像一般的先做Income statement再balance sheet,但不明白为
什么common stock/APIC=historical rate?
至于remeasurement method 完全不懂，对整个流程和如何做一点都不懂，不知哪里可
能看到明白点的讲解？becker video那个人讲得好含糊。

难记住啊。比如，为什么对remeasurement method，balancesheet中的nonmonetary
items 要用historical cost. 以及为什么对于remeasurement method 要先从
balancesheet入手，而translation method 要从income statement 入手？ |

the difference and ask the seller to show you their source of the data. it
may come from their appraisal. if so, get a copy of the measurement. hire
another appraiser to remeasure the house and find out the difference and
then decide. if you don't want this house any more, get you a very good
lawyer and prepare to fight. don't expect that you can get it solved any
time soon if you go that way.
