颖，去看了。看了以后又推荐给我同事去看。我俩的一致意见是有点太长了，估计这12
年拍的东西，每一年的舍不得砍，有时候就显得有点冗长没重点。说老实话，他妈妈的
角色没有说服力。有那个文科的老师是个感情上这么erratic，只读了个硕士的人当得
上的，反正我见过的文科老师没有这样的。说到底，这就是个coming-of-age的电影，
妙在把每年的真实发生的事情串起来，让我们relive这12年。不过对于我们这种背景的
人，实在是没什么共鸣啊。我和同事一致认为，男孩小时候多帅多可爱啊（赶超Justin
Bieber)，架不住青春岁月，到了大学就长成了个awkward的普通男生了。。。 |

我觉得音乐的创作其实跟写日记/文章/诗歌，或绘画一样，反应的是一种作者的情感状
态。排除音乐专业学生为完成作业的作曲，大部分自发的作曲，应该是来自某种心灵的
触动，需要把这种感受表达出来。表达的方式可以是文字，音乐，或两者结合。我想对
业余作者来说，每一首歌/曲都有它的情感来源。作者本人每次听到自己的某个作品，
就像翻看从前的日记，立即可以回忆起创作时的精神状态，relive the memory。而这
种情感的传达，有时是直白的，有时是隐秘的。听众如果恰好也在同一波长，就会有知
音的快感，否则便是过耳即忘的背景声音。后者也未必是坏事，因为对作者来说，也许
与这段音乐联系的本来就是一种不愿为众人所知的感觉。
上面讲的是motivation，下面说说process。对我自己而言，最初出现的灵感完全是空
降的，它可以是一首曲子的开头，也可以成为motif。有了开始的那一句，或一小段旋
律，我会让它自由地跑一段，看看发展到什么地步。如果看样子发展的不错，有时我会
构思一下，接下来应该如何走向，如何高潮，结尾。这种一般是比较冷静的状态。在情

拍摄者都要追求形式上的美感或者视觉上的冲击，外行的话，其实拍照主要是为了取悦
自己吧。。。。是不是interesting，每个人看法都不一样，甚至同一个人看同一个东
西不同时间看也会感觉不一样。比方说你也许会觉得极光很有意思，可是人家冰岛挪威
的居民
看来就很普通吧。
我个人觉得LZ的照片还是能帮助她自己或者观者relive the moment的。不论LZ当时心

“原谅”绝对不是赞成或支持别人的狗血行为，而是不再让这些行为一直困扰你或影响
你的情绪。你原谅不原谅，与他们无关，只和你自己有关。
你的愤怒我可以理解，但每一次责备他们或者在网上写这些经历，你就relive一次那些
狗血情节，受伤害最大的人还是你。我们这些看客在旁边说几句你前夫/John/熟丸子是
混账，对你其实没有任何实际的帮助，还加强你的受害者心态。而victm mentality 是
一种很无奈的心态，因为你会觉得自己对局面没有控制力，但事已至此，发生的事已经
发生了，如果总是想着为什么老天偏会下冰雹打烂我的窗子，还不如把旧窗子扔到垃圾
堆里去，去搞扇更坚固的新窗子。
为什么要给那些人，那些事这么大的影响力，事情过去多年还让你花费时间和精力去责
备他们？如果你因为这些人和事，从此一直愤世嫉俗，反而因此错过良缘，那不是非常

可是令人惊奇的是，在科学昌明且文化中并无转世概念的北美，一些医学界人士对转世
现象已经做了大量的研究，不仅令人信服地指出转世的可能性，而且发掘了很多深层的

2011，工作上挺多收获的。同僚也开心。更重要的是，意识到了生活中说不和有技巧地拒绝的重要性。早点拒绝别人，不但可以避免尴尬也可以避免给别人误导，如果能学习下技巧，不一定会伤人的。而且对于女生最重要的，是可以躲开莫名其妙的事情。。。避开困扰。。。=_+b~``

当时让钱老师给大家讲讲他对美国经济可能存在的下滑给中国的经济金融带来的影响。
钱老师谈了三点。也就是可能的三种情况。
第一，如果美国只是slow down, 那么会对亚洲产生一定程度的影响，主要通过影响亚
洲的出口经济了。 但这对中国是好事情， 因为美国slow down减少对中国的出口需求，
会减少中国的贸易顺差，从而让中国经济有一个自然的减缓，会让政府不再为宏观调控
而头疼。。。
