刚收到律师的信说他收到了NOID。
我们单位是美国去年第一的医院，只给senior的researcher办EB1B. 律师说这还是第一
次收到NOID，说“ we have never gotten a response like this from a case like

我PhD期间做的research经过我老板开的一家小公司商业化了，但是由于各种原因没有
objective evidence证明这家小公司的产品是基于我的research（虽然事实上是）。我
们没有patent，所以提供patent这条路是行不通了。公司的主页上说明做的XXX产品，
虽然关键词跟我的publication吻合，但是毕竟没有提到我的名字不好说这是直接rely
on我的研究。主页有一些技术性的照片是从我的publication里拿出来的，但是太
technical了，很难在PL说清除这些照片就是来自我的publication，公司的产品rely
on我的research。小公司的老总就是我老板（我不是公司雇员），但是同样没法直接引
申到公司的技术就是我的research。实在不甘心自己的技术确实被商业化了，却找不到

何一本machine learning或者computer vision或者graphics的书，肯定都会提到它的。
3个关键：1) pixel be processed independently on GPU, 2) work with all ages/
body shape/clothing, 3) recognition does not rely on any temp infor.
做ML的都知道，很多时候所谓的high recall/precision算法都是靠选择性挑选数据做
出来的，而且往往不能重复；kinect这个绝对不是靠照着几篇paper做做就可以搞得定
的。而且程序本身的效率很得很高。。。

For changing direction, contact point is more important. And again, if you
rely on wrist snap to control your direction then either you are very good
or you have problem with your forehand.
In tennis, the power or control you get from wrist snap doesn't pay off for
the risk of ruining your wrist. |

99.9999% of us (learning tennis by ourselves) rely the arm to hit the ball
. The bad habit is hard to break. The correct form should use the core/leg
not the arm. Only use the arm on the run (when there is no time). Easy
said than done. But watch Ken, judie, blackD, whitelion, dupon in recent "
ben"s(list could go on and on......), most top amateur players are more like

. His FH made good use of legs. He did not fully turning/uncoil the body
rather rely more on the arms. But he has big arms. Their arm muscles are
big enough to memorize the swing motion and generate enough power, i.e. Asus
(he has a big FH without a lot turning/uncoiling).
Because of the big guys's athleticism (he runs like rabbit), his ceiling is
