我现在是OPT，找到了一个学校可以在开出day 1 CPT
现在准备做SEVIS transfer
如果我12月21日从旧学校relase SEVIS, OPT立刻就失效虽然原来OPT有效期是到2月初
新学校可能需要两三天来批准新的I20和CPT
这样就有两三天的GAP
我的理解这两三天是不能工作的吧？
如果不能工作，休paid time off可以吗,还是必须是nonpaid leave?

Why he released the EB1 leftover in the 3rd quarter?
1.) He knows there are much more leftover from EB2ROW and EB5/EB1.
2.) He is afraid that USCIS can not handle the 40k leftover if he release

Immigration Dept by your panel doctores (you have to pay the cost, haha). If

钱我比谁都能折腾。最近，我就学会了他说的一句话“不和谐的帖子视若无睹”，我已
经开始照办了。按我看到过的真人来说（不管老美老中），拿鲈的人器械不成体统，饵
料基本就一，二个小盒，鱼咬坏软饵还舍不得，钓完一包牲口还痛心不已，（其实一次
能耗完一包牲口是很幸福的事），要出钱钓鱼舍不得，比较抠门小气，日子过得不咋地
。我一拍脑瓜子，我跟这些见鱼眼睛发绿的人计较个啥，说了没用，说急了生气，他们
再拿鱼也不影响我钓鱼，我知道的能去的地方多的是。哈哈，船钓无所谓啦，有船的人

年了。留油漆匠relase O是显然的。至于水平，不上场根本没法证明。像长鼻子，肉末
这些人都是主力受伤或者太糟糕才被起用的。
后来又把O找回来是因为油漆匠打的太糟糕，好歹换个人试试。谁也不想弄个0-16.

从这个video可以看出Jack Nicklause和很多pro挥杆的差别。他down swing刚开始时
lag没有增加。如果看Ben Hogan的挥杆会发现他down swing开始时杆身滞后导致lag增
加，大部分pro都是这样的。而nicklause从一开始就是抡（throw)的动作，有人管这叫
early release. Mike Austin是这种swing的代表人物.我从初学时学Ben Hogan到后来
改成学Mike Austin完全是自己摸索。我觉得传统的swing中timing的要求较高，因为
impact时手腕flip很大，一旦timing不好容易hook或push.后来发现了mike austin的
throw的方法觉得很有道理。这种方法swing plane很陡，杆面一直保持sqaure,impact
时不需手腕flip，提高了稳定性。这种打法打的也很远，austin是long drive

1- 弹匣偶尔会无法很好弹出：弹匣钩需要小的机械改动，本批次已解决；
2- slide偶尔会无法正确复位：也是小的机械改动，本批次已解决；
3- 几个按键比较硬：magazine release用过一段时间以后已经smooth多了；slide
relase没怎么太用，还比较紧；
4- 现在唯一比较不爽的问题是扳机扣多了手指头会有被咯到的感觉，据说是扳机保险
的问题，据说要换非原厂扳机才能解决。虽说不是啥大问题，也不明显，我也习惯了，
不过毕竟是个瑕疵。 |

many tests and this combination failed. The loss of sharpness was so
dramatic that I did not think any of the images were usable. The auto focus

谁能给解释下现在的exam P,FM,MFE和过去的course 1,2,3是什么关系啊????要是准备
exam P的话，做2000，2001年relase的course1,2的考题有用吗？
另外要从头pick up以前学的概率统计知识，英语也要熟悉一下的话，要话多长时间准
备啊。full-time学习，现在报3月份的exam P靠谱不？
要是考不过的话有啥严重后果吗？？？

community college 的学位是associate, 按照这个情况,恐怕也不是太说的过去,为什
么从Master 到associate?
另外,这里面有个疑惑,就是
是不是说如果学校报了sevis那我的身份就黑了, 再有I-20,不论什么学校,都要解释
reinstatement?
而如果学校还没报, 如果学校留点情面, 暂时等我拿到其他学校的录取,再transfer,
情况回不一样,就不需要向移民局结实什么了?
就象前面帖子的说法一样, 直接relase record新的学校直接接受打印I-20就行了?
这里面的过程到底是怎么样的?是不是有不同?
还是恐怕只有再找到master的学位迅速录取,才是唯一的路?
iso, 有没有上报移民局（估计已经报了）， 自从有了sevice系统之后，移民身份变得
严格许多，不能像以前很多人那样随便到语言学校之类的转身分就万事大吉了---- 你
即使拿到了新i-20转校到新学校，在身份上 还是黑的，还需要重新向移民局做一个
reinstatement， 解释你为什么原来黑掉了， 有什么理由还要恢复你的学生身份（前
