《金融时报》周四（22日）发表署名评论文章说，西方放弃全球领导地位的"让权"例子
似乎频现，人们自然希望有人来填补这一权力真空，而这就给中国提供了一个绝佳的机
会，包括北京的官员在内，他们似乎认为中国是最称职的人选。
文章作者吉密欧说，我们对中国希望成为什么样的世界领袖了解多少呢？
首先，先来看看中国领导人习近平，他自从2012年就提出了实现"中国梦"复兴中华民族
的使命。中国官方将其解读成"中华民族的伟大复兴"。
此后，"中国梦"出现的频率几乎到了让人无法忍受的地步，中国的"一带一路"以及在南
中国海填海造岛，修筑军事设施和跑道等都是中华民族复兴的一部分。
吉密欧说，本来"复兴"（rejuvenation）这个词本身有正面意义，任何国家都有通过和
平手段实现复兴的权利。
然而中国官方对于这一口号的解读却具有很深的误导性。
而中国所谓"中华民族伟大复兴"的口号，这里所强调的"中华民族"，从技术上讲包括56

some of the cells show age. Gen 1 Volt only charges 65% of the battery full
capacity; Gen 2 uses more, but still less than 75%.
10 years is a long way. many things can happen, such as third-party

但是听了很多周围人的意见 感觉去名校( top 10)PHD有CNS的概率也不是很高，牛实验
室牛老板也就重视手下几个牛的博后而已，小实验CNS还遥遥无期 然后26岁PHD 毕业后
31岁 再几年博后

子的结构都基本达到我们的要求。LG说Agent带我们看了这么久房子，要不就下个offer
吧。可是我对flip的房子还是顾虑蛮大。
从我们查到的看，现在的几个月以前30多万买了这个房子，修葺一新，现在要价50多万
。我的想法是这样的房子一般都是当初非常非常破，才会以低价卖出。因为本来就不是
自己住，所以装修的话也是表面，材料都是最cheap。我担心这样的房子实际上
condition非常差。地下室的墙面上贴了木板，也不知道究竟是什么状况，就算是找
Inspector也不会把墙面打开看吧？不知道我这样的顾虑是不第是有必要。是否能够做
一些reseach对这个房子了解多一些，该怎么做，还是可以move on了。

tree, it will grow back next year from the root! (it is called rejuvenation
pruning) sometimes, pests can eat all the leaves on a tree, this is still
not enough to kill it. soon it will grow new leaves (I witnessed this myself
).
if your tree has been healthy, and there is no known disasters, your tree is
unlikely dead. just wait a little bit longer, it may start growing again. |
