去年没efile，所以就没有前一年的efile PIN，或者前一年报税的adjusted gross
income（AGI），这个数目是NRA的，IRS系统里没有，所以会reject e-file。
因为是用的Turbotax,所以也不能象taxact那样直接用几年的PIN代替。。。
大家有什么办法没有？难道只能打印出来寄过去嘛？？ |

In the FSA claim form, we are required to provide daycare receipt. Even

there. Is that a problem? Should I just put $5000 and ignore the total
amount? I thought as long as it more than $5000, then they will reimburse

turbotax报的，联邦税的名字是我在前LD在后，两个州税。因为LD在外州工作。
按照turbotax file以后，外州的那个也是我的名字在前LD在后，无法修改得和联邦税
相反。
现在外州回复过来说被reject了，理由是the taxpayer with this state source
income needs to be the primary taxpayer on the tax return。
问题是我去年也是把我的名字放在前面的，没有问题，而且该州的税表上明确说明只要
指明是哪方收入在本州即可，不必非要把LD的名字放成primary taxpayer。我想是不是
turbotax的问题。
不知有没有人遇到和我同样的问题，还有就是我可不可以直接再这么用turbotax file
一次，还是把我的名字放在前面，说不定会过？ |

东岸的site，内部transfer到西岸。又file了第二个PERM。现在收到Board of Alien
Labor Certification Appeals的信，要求决定是否要继续appeal first PERM。公司律
师不建议，理由是由于东部的工作已经没有了，first PERM被拒的可能性很大。同时因
为第二个PERM也在申请，如appeal，有可能对第二个PERM也有不好的影响。
关键是第一个PERM的优先日期比第二个的早3年。本来还想能用第一个PERM的优先日期。
