after reheating, it is very soft.
I normally put the bread in fridge, in the morning, take out and cut 2
slices , put into oven toaster , 2-3minutes, crispy on top, soft inside |

我家的三洋和象印相比，多一个reheat的功能，然后因为买的是10cup的有个蒸笼，象
印买的是5。5cup的就没有蒸笼，没有reheat的功能。
涂层感觉象印的要结实一点，不过这个我不好说，因为三洋的用了两年之后涂层开始脱
落，同一批和我一起买的同学都出现这个情况，我心里就不舒服然后换了象印，有些人
说涂层结实，有些人说2年后照样开始脱落。现在还不知道象印的涂层能坚持多久。
两个都能煮稀饭，不会扑的到处都是。
做饭好吃我到吃不出来。
象印煮糯米煮的好很多，三洋那个煮糯米经常上面是夹生的。因为我发酒酿，所以经常
煮糯米，这个还是个不大不小的优势。
都可以定时启动。这样早上或者傍晚回家就有刚煮好的米饭/稀饭吃。 |

这个锅还有一点好，多下来的饭，像这个天不用拿出来，盖子盖好，第二天一点都不干
，不像我以前用
的铝的电饭锅，隔夜的饭都是干的。这个锅还有个reheat的功能，把隔夜饭松一下，用
这个功能就可以
热饭，但是花的时间比较长，所以我还是把饭都搞出来用微波炉快点。

，但是这个不是关键。关键问题是在过热的条件下，谷氨酸钠都会转化成一种不好的物
质，貌似叫焦谷氨酸钠。所以我现在只有汤菜加味精。如果打算吃两顿的，都是第二顿
reheat好了以后再加，免得overheat |

I read an article saying for hot/warm food to stay in container for long
time can develop bacteria.It's going to be 4hrs for the food to be in
container. Also summer is coming. (Usually we frozen our food and then

Maybe both bring food and buy in cafe are bad option, it's just which one is
