regulator的问题，就是那个地方的塑料磨损了，所以阻力增大了。按你的描述motor应
该没问题的，因为还能动。也或者是钢丝松了，总之拆开就知道毛病了。 |

我还差点不到9w，上个月刚换了alternator，三个月前换regulator，今年还换过
seatbelt buckle。感觉这个十年十万迈快到的时候麻烦特别多，打算一两个月内就换
掉算了。 |

手提高rate，说白了，以后想拿低rate的话，borrower就需要pay给broker足够的钱。
打着保护borrower的旗号而已，我觉得制定regulation的人虽然一片好心，但是似乎不
太懂mortgage，纯粹添乱。 |

regulation是在房子建立的时候.有不少常规的条例,比如不能帖广告,不能挖油什么的.
但是后来竟然看到不能改外墙颜色, 里面和外面的lot上装东西,都要审批.感觉这就跟
condominium 的Hoa 差不多了. 决定买Sf House也是为了自由,现在搞得跟condominium
一样了.
不知道很多Sf house都有类似规定? |

我说加钱的事。如果我到时要多付钱, 我能找以前的房主,或者是我的inspector,或者
