OB接生。然后我去interview regular OB. 我每次和他们讲我的问题的时候他们都挺同
情，但是我觉得他们不是特别明白我的情况，毕竟我的情况是很少见的。有的医生执业
一辈子也未必碰到。 他们都是说没问题，来找我，但是我很不放心。就是关于我需要
做什么特殊的实验他们都不是很清楚。 当然他们会把我refer出去，但是这个太没底了。
然后，。。。 我就想到来打听一下，姐妹们用过 high risk OB 的，是怎么协调和
regular OB的关系的。我可不可在 first 和 second trimseter的 时候都看high risk
OB. 到third trimester 的时候在转会 regular OB。因为一般的产检都是在 second

发帖数: 947 | 7 DOL终于宣布之前以Regular申请的LC可以转成RIR，而且只要证明过去六个月有过 “
Recruitment pattern” 便可 。基本上这与以前RIR的方式没有两样。但是Regular LC
转到RIR只能由公司或律师提出要求，也就是说若是公司不答应的话，申请人是一点办
法都没有的。
对于Regular LC转到RIR当然有它的好处，因为LC的申请可以快速前进，而且也可以保
留优先日期。但是这里要注意的是，从Regular LC转到RIR，若是批准了，并不是说LC
就批了，而只是RIR(Reduction in Recruitment) 被批，然后还要等待DOL最后决定以
RIR申请的LC是否也该会批。所以我们应该要说明的是，我们应该说LC有两个申请处理
方式，一个是Regular process, 一个是RIR process。因为一般DOL处理到RIR时就直接
批准了LC，所以我们就含糊只说是RIR LC而不说是RIR的process。
当然我们不知道一旦从Regular转到RIR被批了，DOL是否会马上就批准LC。因为若不如

这样可以防止进气缸时的Pre-detonation (knock)。以前很多肌肉车和Turbocharger/
supercharger 车， 由于compression ratio 高，为防止knock 造成对引擎的伤害，要
用Premium gas 以延缓燃烧，使之燃烧更充分. 实际上Regular gas 更易燃烧，所以很
多人，特别是在北方，冬天加87，夏天加91 或 93。
一直以为由于Prohibitor 的存在，Premium gas 应该比Regular gas 的MPG 要高，至
少应该持平，可是下面这些数据实在让我搞不明白：

几乎所有车都推荐premium，是车厂装B用的。一般车加premium体会不到任何区别，如
果说mpg能提高0.5，也抵不过油价差。而且这种车根本不用爱护，发动机寿命比你开这
车的里程至少长五倍。
真正好车会明确要求必须premium的。

然后这个ap第二年就拿career award(没有co-PI)
题目差不太多，PM和regular是同一个人
这个career是continuing grant不是standard
钱数远比普通career少，一般只有100多k
可以确定不是带着career跳槽的那种continuing grant
请问这是把regular的钱变成career了吗？或者是别的高级玩法？ |

5年，可以按resident alien 填写regular 1040报税。我妻子则是f2而在11月转成h1b
。我注意到china-us 的treaty 20c 还应该可以应用在我的收入上。但我去hr block咨
询的时候得到的答案是，如果我选择使用treaty，必须填1040nr,如果填regular 1040
，则不能使用treaty.是这样么？因为我看精华版的情况似乎是f1和h1 jointly，就是
说他们也是填的regular 1040? 请有经验或者得到过权威答案的解答一下，谢谢。 |

lawyer to file EB2-NIW for me.
Since it will take a couple of months for me to get all the recommendation
letters for the NIW case, I wonder if there is any advantage for doing NIW
vs. regular EB2.
I understand that NIW requires no employer sponsorship and no labor
certificate. But they both have priority date, so don't really see the

我是新手，完全搞不清楚，我的情况是：
1） 我上面typo, 我看大家都说NSC很差，我们州，如果regular就可以在TSC，但加快
就要去NSC，所以我想先申请regular，因为官网说以后加快还是在TSC，这样更好对吗？
2）申请过两次按EB2的Perm，第一次的PD是2014/8, 所以现在如果file EB3的I-140, I
-485已经current, 就可以同时file. 是硕士，在美工作十几年，如果申请EB3的I-140,
有over qualified被reject的风险吗？
看大家好像都是先加急申EB2的I-140，再downgrade， 同时file EB3的I-140和I-485，
这样更好吗？我是担心万一加急EB2的I-140被RFE，就影响申I-EB3的I-140和I-485了。
所以还不如直接申EB3 I-140和I-485保险，反正进I-485，最坏就是等着了。
3）大家都说I-140加快增加RFE的风险，反正I-485要等，有必要冒风险申请加快吗？我

人正好处于5.6和5.7之间。当时在REI试的时候觉得Regular的正好，没试长的，可是今
天在家里又试，觉得脚有一点点紧，木乃伊式的。我该去换一个long的么？这个睡袋是
该往大了买还是往小了买呢？长的拖拖拉拉会不会不方便？
周末去沙漠野营，25华氏的睡袋会不会太热？ REI还有一款30/40华氏双面的，长方形
，腿的地方宽敞些，在犹豫如果25华氏的太热，明天去换那个30/40的，还有换个长的。
