如果把免疫细胞全部干掉，再重新恢复的免疫细胞。
这个有点类似于regeneration，可是有点不清楚的就是，
这个regeneration的过程和免疫细胞原初发育的过程是不是一样，
具体就是那些stem cell以及progenitor的marker什么的是不是一样，还有就是发育的
过程是不是一样。如果有哪位大牛懂得比较多，请推荐几篇研究免疫细胞在病人
reconstitution的文章，

个人感觉：
北美绝大数大牛实验室90％都是博后，graduate很多都是没人管死活的，我们这里一个
美国的院士，自己phd都是8-9年才毕业。除非自己特别强，否则就是个死。。。。。
我推荐去欧洲实验室，phd不太少，另外年限也短一些，很多training和开会的机会，
实验室规模一般小一些，跟上顶尖大牛的机会也不少。
为什么不试试英国学校，很多stem cell／cancer stem cell的牛人啊。
另外regeneration, stem cell, cancer，aging 差别都挺大的，
随便列几个名字,都是顶尖大牛,你完全可以试试。

他说，从分子机理做成neuron regeneration，路漫漫遥遥无期而不可及。
我当时在听他的讲座，提出的问题就是，可不可以用电子模型电路的方式来人工修复
spinal cord受损的neuron? 从而使瘫痪病人恢复运动能力。当时Stephen看了我好几眼，
没说话，呵呵－－因为如果这样做是最终可行的路的话，stephen老先生相当于做了很
长时间的无用功。
－－现在看来，Terence Sanger做的正是这个东西啊。

去年回国,遗憾的错过了第一届西羽open.今年终于如愿以偿.几个月来,从刚开始的确定
PD积极备战,到最后两天的奋力一战,享受的不仅仅是打球的乐趣,更有与各方新朋旧友相
识相交的喜悦和兴奋.简单小结一下吧:
混双: 虽说XD是我的最爱,可是这次能拿A冠军,完全是机缘巧合.先是CCY同意我和choka
pd,然后是choka意外受伤,同意我和ks pd,然后一号种子又意外受伤,退出比赛.ks的实
力,喜雨任何一个B女生和他配,都有夺冠的可能!
第一场: vs lifeng/winnix mm. mm打球时间尚短,起球较多.lifeng有些着急,mm更加紧
张.所以劝男生们以后打XD时,千万不要说女生…

开来老外对肖的手术还是评价还是不错的，首先觉得很新颖很有趣，其次有些手术效果
