drug screening 比较靠谱，因为worm和fly的physiology与人比还是太远了，作为drug
screening俺觉得不是太合适，比鱼高等的model有，比如老鼠，但是large-scale drug screen的cost可能太大，所以现在fish 的最大的survival area就是chemical screening.
这个是本人的理解。所以fish 目前的方向就是disease modeling 和drug screening.
所谓发育生物学，那是上个世纪的事儿了，当然最近可是往regenerative/stem cell
biology 方向靠了，还是有点发展前途的。 |

给点意见吧~
一个英国男PI，rockefeller大牛实验室出来的，现在是regenerative medicine部门的
头头，主要做干细胞在肝脏发育和相关疾病方面的研究，文章近几年比较多的是
Gastroenterology和 Hepatology，在cell子刊发过综述。Connection蛮好的，不时跟
人合作发CNS（非通讯作者）。
另一个美国女PI是神经生物的director，做疼痛研究的， 主要是用一些电生理的手段
研究离子通道的功能，人很好实验室气氛也不错，文章主要是 J Neurophysiol， J
Neurosci 或者J Pain， 现在手头funding也蛮充裕的。在她实验室基本不用加班。
本人还是挺喜欢做科研的，希望能在读博期间打好基础以后争取找个好点的postdoc，
但是对这个两个方向的发展和现状不是特别了解，了解的人帮忙给点意见吧~ |

很多科研的目的也是为了engineering，甚至绝大部分，科学原理研究到比较透彻
的时候都转化为engineering了，从物理学最开始研究晶体管，到电子工程学科
出现，化学里面研究元素周期表，到化学工程学科的出现，都是循着这个过程。

，频率很高，就搜了一下，结果吓了一跳，尽然有14篇之多。这个肯定是中国干细胞界
的新星吧，不然，在10多分的杂志上随便灌水，这个面子可是不小呀。

《科学》对传说中的STAP细胞论文的三名评审专家意见，过去一直被雪藏，今天终于
被曝光。专家对这一研究的评价不高，认为非常全面的描述性研究，如果结果确定，可
能导致发育生物学大厦的颠覆，其实是不相信这种研究结论。因为没有当时的投稿件，
所以没有办法对这些评价进行更深入分析。不过这些资料显然都在某个地方，只是拥有
的人不愿意拿出来。

cell的系统换到stem cell里边做
根本没有触及stem cell & regenerative medicine的核心问题
当然这也难怪 毕竟没有相关的background和training 船头一下子调不过来了 |
