5月22在德国驻美国华盛顿大使馆这次签证，是有史以来本人遇到最奇葩的签证，受到
各种漠视刁难后，终于在5月22号下午1点半发飙，在大使馆的接待窗口和签证官大声理
论了10分钟。
所有细节没有任何夸张。相关英文原话可能有点出入，但总体意思就是那样。
当然德国人总体是讲道理的，恶吵并没有导致我的签证出什么问题。5月23号上午出了

你refuse的话paypal默认你不要，钱还是要退给买家
我吃过一次亏，所有记录都是买家没理，最后我refuse
paypal判我输，折腾了好久没鸟用
给了label买家也不肯再return了
return不对的情况，估计最好是当这ups/usps拆包拍照把
