放假签证来不及就把机票取消了，从定到取消不到20分钟，我查了其他公司像UA都是24
小时免费取消，AA不是，要在网上申请refund人工审核，今天收到邮件说这个non-
refundable,不给给钱，但是可以换另一张机。我那天取消了之后就买了另一张时间往
后的机票，现在两个机票钱都扣了，我打电话该怎么解释他们才能让我用新机票替代取
消的机票，然后反给我一张机票钱，不知道我说没说清楚，上来问问，我怕说错了他们

之前在EBAY买了些东西，今天收到EBAY的EMAIL，标题是“Your PayPal payment has
been refunded”，说SELLER想要CANCEL TRANSACTION。然后我看到EBAY上有个CASE，
是SELLER要CANCEL，于是我就同意了。但是后来我看PAYPEL和信用卡，都没看到REFUND。
请问这个REFUND是会REFUND到哪里呢？还是因为今天才REFUND，所以明天才能看到？
我也没在EBAY上找到任何我的REFUND相关的东西，不过我收到信，应该是REFUND的了吧

前几天卖个东西，说好了只收 Non-CCP 的 paypal。

谁知道买来，Eye Brightening Cream过期是09/2011。另外一个只有个生产标号1532，
网上也没找到怎么查。如果有人能告知怎么查Belli的生产日期，不胜感激。
东西这样是不能给朋友了。联系了卖家。开始说明尼苏达的法律规定，skin care是
final sale（网上有一行小字，当时的确没看到，不然也不会买了），不能退，可以提
供$25的store credit。

。拍了照片与卖家联系。卖家说如果我能自己买到那些附件可以补偿我几个钱。要知道
，只买那几个塑料附件几乎是不可能的，于是要求他们给重新邮寄附件。买一整套可以
，但是只买几个附件，基本上不可能。结果卖家也没有办法。
卖家说要么退货重新发。卖家也不容易，挣不了几个钱，那东西又很大，运费肯定不便
宜。再退货，重新给我发货，卖家肯定亏了。我就说算了，你Refund我吧，不折腾了。
哪知道好心没好报。卖家Refund时候拖拖拉拉。气不过，开了一个eBay case。但是现
在卖家要我关了那个eBay case，不然不能Refund。第一次碰上，先关Case，然后才能
Refund吗？

阿根廷的签证就是去买一张章而已，又不是申根签证。不明白干嘛还需要弄一张REFUND
ABLE的机票，直接去买票不就好了？还剩得自己多一道麻烦？如果因为啥特殊原因非要
买REFUNDABLE的票，干嘛要同样行程的机票？换个公司换个日期买不就好了。
不同担心REFUNDABLE的卖不出去，会有人买的，尤其是那些商务客人，他们在起飞后仍
然可以更改时间或更改行程。这是航空公司利润的主要来源，至于那些本来只想买NON-
REFUNDABLE的客人，航空公司也不CARE他们退不退票，当然限制就会严格很多。 |

发帖数: 5897 | 45 4月底在wm钉了一台神机site to store，我没去取，结果第二天order status变为
picked up，而且我的charge是被扣掉的，不是pending。联系它们CS，承认我没去pick
up，是它们自己mark为picked up的，这样就能refund给我。
但现在过了半个月了，还没见refund影子，中途email了几次，第一次说过2、3天就会
refund，最后这次次说在research this matter，next billing cycle会refund……越
来越象赖皮的。
想再等段时间，但不知道会不会过了和信用卡公司dispute这个charge的有效期？我保
存了它们CS的email，承认了我没去取，是它们自己mark为picked up，这足够做证据了
吧？ |

refund他20元，买家说OK，但一直无法refund，问了一下PayPal才知道现在已经取消
partial refund，要不直接退款(要自付transaction fee)，要不full refund，这

代，他看错了，他申请return for request, 我批准了，他两天之后马上退货，经过4
天shipping，我收到了，
他说很抱歉他打开了，因为不知道是3代。
我仔细检查了ipad，只看到两个手指印，确实很新，基本没怎么动。
我第一次处理refund，很想给他full，人家没用，退的也很及时。
但amazon service，不知道为何电话里多次强调，要partial refund 80%，
我怎么也不明白，去查看了return policy，原来真是这样，

上面并没有写full refund呀
是不是以后，如果我从Amazon订货，30天之内退货，都只能拿到80%的partial refund?

tracking显示deliver了，但是还没收到，要求refund，我一查tracking，说在邮局，
expect昨天deliver，但是昨天没有deliver，就给病人回信让等1－2天，今天病人又来
信说tracking说东西在邮局，他没收到，要求refund，我给他解释5天first class从美
东到美西很正常，让他再等1－2天，病人回信今天再收不到就要求refund，怎么看都觉
得这个病人有问题，催得这么急，还在tracking没显示deliver就找我要refund，这是
不是evil，我该怎么对付？ |
