当时是这样的, 公寓要$500 extra的refundable deposit, 然后有个公司专门做这种生
意, 付$83, 他们就给公寓$500做保证金. lease结束这个$500就还给那个公司
可能公寓office的人从那个公司地方可以拿回扣, 直接告诉我这个八十几是non-
refundable deposit, 让我一定要交
也算一种美国式的骗钱方法 |

refundable deposit，既然是deposit就是refundable的，如果不refundable那就不是
一个deposit而是一个fee，你不能变着名义变着法的收这样那样的fee。白痴rep继续跟
我讲这个不是fee是deposit，我看ta自己都不懂啥叫deposite吧，晕！

联系delta改签机票，但是差价太高>$3000, 就重新买了张UA的单程回美国。现在打电
话给delta要回程的refund，他们说refund只能用于beijing->seatle, 并且还必须在1
年之内用掉，对我来说这等于是没有用处的。

1040税表上将当年的tax refund是算作了income,这跟amt是什么直接的联系呢，导致将
其从amt的income里减去？难道就是因为不想double tax? 可是问题又来了，tax
refund其实是由上一年的state and local tax deduction而产生的，而在算今年的amt
时，加回去的是今年的state and local tax, 减的是今年的tax refudn,也就是去年

还有一种Toyota Platinum Warranty,价格大约700.但是缺点是不能refund.
