Unplug your internet cable till you reformat and reinstall the whole system.
Probably trojan horse on the internet, or vulnerabilities of your windows,

If you install NT 4.0 from bootable CD, you can repartition and reformat
at the setup stage. If you want to dual boot Win98 and WinNT, then there
is no solution, your C: drive has to be FAT16, you'd better make it smaller
than 540M, too.

一个多礼拜被拒也不算太大的意外。

etc.
Sounds very tedious, but you can use a simple data step on your second data
to do this; something like the following and then copy it from your log.

what I want.

However, this is what I want:
