但是去买的时候会给你加些option,态度强硬一点就直接给你去掉了,但还是有个100
多的wheel lock,但基本无所谓了。另外利率会高一点,不过这个你自己可以控制,两

not a big deal. few companies become google, facebook, bidu, etc. most

, then go for it. If interest rate goes higher, then you won't save any
money by refinancing. 2% is just a rough number, refinance makes sense if
interest rate drops by 1-1.5% as you'll need to take fee and cost into

That's impossible.
The builder pay 1% of purchasing price for the transfer stamp(around 4500).
Also we got 2% of basic price for going without agent. If we refuse to use
their mortgage company, we will lose those(about 12000). So we have to go
with theirs though they charge us about 5000 for fee.
If the APR from other lender is less than the rate we get now, still not
worth refinancing? I think most lenders offer 0 fee |

prepayment right). However, whether or not you're going to hold the loan
for another 30 years is determined by your opportunity cost, i.e. how much
return you can earn if you invest the money that you don't use to pay off
the loan. If you money just sits in the bank earning nothing, it doesn't
make sense to hold your loan for a long time. |
