with CME. it seems asterisk with built-in VM can integrate with CME, but
redundancy is crapy, considering that, even the PBX part can use DUNDi to
implement a primary-standby solution, the VM does not sync data(VM,
configurations) with each other, so the standby is, like, not just cold, but
morbidly cold.
any other product out there? or am i wrong about the VM of asterisk?

个人的情况是这样，10年以上SAS programmer 经验，但在pharmaceutical CRO (现在
的公司）只有5年半, 其中在典型的pharmaceutical 环境，现在这个部门，只有三年的

我的考虑：（1）如果再找一个permanent的工作，顶多达到现在的这个降了一级工资水

第一题应该是建立一个binary tree,然后recursive求每一个节点的左右子树的最高高
度,他们和就是在这一位上的largest distance，可以online做，但是需要在每个节点
保存左右子树的高度并且动态更新。

model s有实际跑了20万麦以上并且得以换新电池的。电池号称衰减不多，但是由于
Tesla给出的可行驶里程而非电池容量，因此我表示怀疑实际容量衰减要更大一些
我也有同感，另外他们的电池组好像有redundancy, 实际容量没准比指标大些，上次飓
风的时候他们就通过软件OTA把Florida的车解锁增加里程。所以如果真有redundancy，
电池老化后可以用一部分redundancy来弥补老化的损失。
以上只是我的猜测，我在这方面没有调查过。 |

，google 出来的答案的阐述方式不会太好（从教育学观点而言），是因为大多数人对

对于这道题目，我顺着我前面 dynamic programming 的思路继续寻找优化解了一下，
具体而言：
这个 dynamic programming 里，keep 所有不同的 last number 的递增序列，是必须
的。原因是因为 dynamic programming 所对应的 overlapping subproblem 的问题。
而这个 overlapping subproblem 在这题上，具体就是在从前 n 到前 n+1 时，新读进
来的数是不是能够 update 已有的序列，必须要 keep 不同序列的 last number。
而因为这题的要求只是求序列长度，而不是具体的序列，所以只要保存一个 (序列最后

比如说10G。
这时你就要把这个100G的文件分成10个10G的部分。
然后对每一部分由小到大排序，顺便删掉重复的key, value pair。
然后你得到了10组文件F0, F1, ..., F9。每组里面都是non-redundant的。
但组与组之间还是会有redundant。
这时你就从每组中各拿排序后最前面的1G的key, value出来，塞进内存里。
然后内存里就有了10个1G的sorted array: A[0], A[1], ..., A[9].
每次取A[0], A[1], ..., A[9]的最前面的key，value值：A[0].front(), A[1].front(
), ..., A[9].front()。然后这个10个key，value里找出最小的值。然后把该值输出。
然后把A[0].front(), A[1].front(), ..., A[9].front()跟该值相同的值pop出来。
如果某个A[i]为空，则从对应的文件Fi读取1G的key-value出来。
直到把所有文件F都读出来为止。 |

我们育儿时，研究过这个问题 －－ 细节不记得了（但很容易google），大概思路供参
考：
1） 脑重的development： 大概生下来是成年脑重的50％左右？ 2岁长到某个重量，5
岁长到成年脑重的96%? －－主要point： 大脑的硬件，是前几年迅速形成的，所以婴
儿期营养， matters。
1.1) 大脑的主要development机制，是先期形成大量redundant的neurons和synapses，
后面的智力开发，主要是trim，不是growth：智力开发是个雕塑型的工作 －－ 凿掉没
用的部分，不是个绘画型的工作 －－ 添加有用的部分。 所以，开始形成的redundant
material， matters。
2） 大脑的重量上的主要构成部分，是脂肪，所以婴儿肥不是负面的，是很正面的。
3）现代人是否会缺营养？ 不是不可能的。 主要是balance。 热量和营养，不是一回
事儿。 热量/calorie/energy是不会缺的。但不同敏感期所需要的building material

我们很注意宝宝的营养，各种搭配，还追着喂饭。她一直身高头围95%，体重99%，最近
降到95%，看着确实婴儿肥。原来担心她太胖，甚至担心会不会营养过剩，在这个以瘦
为美的时代压力大，现在看来至少小时候胖点也有好处。

引文里面说的Child Tax Credit和Additional Child Tax Credit.每个小
孩$1000而且没有上限，而且是refundable credit。Refundable和非
redundable是这个漏洞的一个关键。
非refundable的credit只能用来抵消你的应税金额，比如你有$1000的应缴税额，
而你的非redundable的credit有$1200，你只能抵消$1000.其余$200自动归零。
但是Child Credit和Additional Child Credit是refundable，即便你应
税金额是0，你的credit有$10000，政府也要倒找给你$10000。
这个有收入和身份限制，老中的孩子如果不在美国或是超过10w的中产基本就不用想

现在、目前、就在今天，我们人类正被困在地球这个宇宙中的lifeboat上 - - - 只有
很少一点的资源、很有限的技术；大概1/4人工作就能完全加工这些资源来供给整体人
类基本的衣食住行，其他3/4的人本质上处于无所事事的状态。。。
于是现代经济里衍生出了各种“泡沫”来安排这些“过剩”人口：可口可乐、歌手、影
星、房地产、投资家、导游、小说家、律师、教师、妓女、妓男。。。也就是说，现代
经济里有3/4永远是“泡沫”：破了泡沫、以及还没破的泡沫。经济衰退、经济危机是
现代经济(也就是泡沫经济、过剩经济)的本质特点！
这3/4的“过剩”人口的生存是必要的：1)如果任由这3/4的人口死亡，那么剩下的1/4
人口里的3/4又变成了新的过剩人口。。。循环下去，经济体乃至人类社会就崩溃了。2
)这3/4人口的繁衍，提供了必要的redundancy - - - 例如必须生养3个丑女才能选出一
个美女来当影星；如果一共就只有一个女孩，只能捡到盘子里就算菜，那这个电影就太
悲哀了。

大家都知道，脑的灰质就是神经元部分是思维意识的载体。人脑灰质什么时候最多呢？
两岁的时候。为什么人长大了灰质反而少了呢？多不好么？
这是人脑发育，function的重要机制。基因不决定每个神经元的wire.大脑先生长很多
的神经元，保证足够的 redundancy, 然后再剪裁。比如，视觉神经突触向感光细胞生
长，建立接触的，能接受感光细胞分泌的生长因子，得以生存下来。没有建立接触的，
会死亡。而且，只有有效的传导通路才会保留下来，同步激活是保障信息能准确传递的
一个要素，不同步的就会造成噪音，信息错误传递。那些能同时激活的神经元被保留，
其他通过凋亡的机理消除。反复的信号刺激是完成这一prune过程所必需的。
一个著名实验是初生小猫眼睑被缝合，当后来再打开时，小猫也没有正常视觉，他有正
常发育的眼睛却不能使用，就是因为没有光线刺激，视神经剪裁过程没有完成。输入信
号时杂乱的，temporal的因素混乱，没法解读。
