Cut the government to slim and efficient level is the key.
Too much money has been wasted on the middlemen.
For example, I overpay my tax, then I get my tax refund. In between, a lot
of resources have been sucked by those redudant paperwork.
Why not save those procedures, just raise the minimal tax bar, so most
people can save the hassle? |

intensive. But you shouldn't have problem with 1G memory. The problem is very
dividable.
You can first generate and computer the matrix one by one and keep them in a
queue, at the same time hash them in a table, once your memory filled, write
out the first one in the queue to memory and remove it from your queue. After
the whole file generated, there should be still some redudancy, then it's an
external sorting problem.

by compiler. In code optimization context, it's about the 80-20 rule,
find out the bottleneck, use the better algorithm if there's any,
cut the redudant code, move out what doesn't have to be in loop.
99.9% cases these are more than enough. And in case they are not,
those little dirty tricks are not good enough to help either. |
