首先，所谓conflict of interest,在judicial disqualification程序上有两种路径，
要么法官recuse sua sponte,要么一方上motion。lying trump要是觉得在法律上这个
coi成立，就不用whine了，上一个motion就算是denied了也是上诉的最佳理由，end of
story.
其次，所谓COI的理由成不成立？或许lying trump 这个理由可以骗poorly educated的
达克，骗不了其他人。
原因如下
Judicial disqualification规定主要在28 usc 455. 455a实践中容易一些，455b举证
责任非常严苛，除非有compelling evidence证明特定的impartiality，否则压根没戏。

clojure上面的DP可以用memoize recusion function来做，懒汉专用工具 :)
但是这样的recusion还是有可能stack overflow，怎么办呢？
懒汉的办法就是再构造一个lazy sequence从小到大call过去，就保证了recusion不太
会发生了
这样的话，如果memoize太多东西了可能会out of memory，怎么办呢？
在github有clojure更加高级的memoize package，可以搞些什么先进先出或者动态的换
入换出之类的memoize，在小内存机器上可以避免out of memory problem。 |
