runs for as long as 8 miles and sometimes in both AM and PM. The total
mileage does count, no matter how slow it is. In Bill Rodgers' training log,
you can see him doing some of the long runs as slow as 7 minute mile. That
is 40% slower than his marathon pace. That is equivalent to a 3 hour
marathoner running at 9:30/mile pace, which is basically slow jogging.

2、一直按MAF跑挺舒服，但想过一段跑个斑马或10K。所以今天warm up后想用85% MHR run LT tempo for 3 miles. 结果只跑了1迈就坚持不住了（average pace 7:40, average HR=84%MHR）。请问我tempo应该跑多快多远？（my MAF =78% MHR, I run 12 miles for 1:45:00 with Average HR = MAF）
3、很多计划每周都有1-2次3-4mile recovery run. 如果不跑recovery run， 多休息一两天是否可以?

partition Dell created. the Cd could be created from dell computer start
menu or Ctrl+F11 (while boot process?) to restore the factory default.

I asked the question to a fellow SQL Server DBA in my work. He said in this
case we cannot do complete recovery without do transaction log backup after
step 3 and before step 4 , I can hardly believe from Oracle perspective. So

发帖数: 18555 | 13 总结一下SQL SERVER的DISASTER RECOVERY PLAN吧，不管你是DBA还是DEVELOPER,公司
大小，如果DB CRASH不能恢复，说明你的RECOVERY PLAN就是不WORK的，平时的功夫都
白搭了，DBA需要被FIRE掉
创建DB的时候就要考虑，三年内变多大，能不能BACKUP，月的星期的，或者每天的。
FULL BACKUP DIFFERIETIAL TRANSACTION LOG配合使用FOR OLTP，这个书里经常讲了
如果数据量大，考虑用FILEGROUP,常更新的数据放在一个GROUP里，经常BACKUP一下，
不常更新的放到一个GROUP里，不常BACKUP
临时TABLE放到一个GROUP里，不BACKUP
如果空间有限制，考虑BACKUP COMPRESSION,2008企业版自带COMPRESSION，否则考虑购
买第三方产品
不要忘了JOB先BACKUP然后再DELETE OLD BACKUP，所以至少要有两个BACKUP的空间。
PLAN是需要TEST的，随便PICK一天,RESTORE一个BACKUP，看看WORK不WORK，有... 阅读全帖 |

发帖数: 645 | 14 不知道有没有碰到过这个问题，我用Rescue and Recovery做了备份，硬盘没有分区，
就一个C盘，备份前C盘空间占用23G，但我如果拿RR恢复以后，C盘居然就变成了27G，无端
的少了大约4G。用磁盘清理也无法回到之前的23G大小。
我注意到一个细节，虽然我备份前是23G，但在我运行Rescue and Recovery进行备份的
时候，C盘会临时性的增加到27G，似乎是建立了4G大小的临时文件，但等我备份完退出
RR后，又回复到23G，临时文件已经已经释放。
但问题就来了，如果我拿RR恢复这个备份以后，C盘就又变成了27G，似乎就是我在备份
的同时把这个4G的临时文件也备份进去了，而且还没法清理。
纳闷之下，我仔细查看了C盘下的各个文件，发现我的虚拟内存文件pagefile.sys的大
小正好是4G左右，是不是意味着在我之前运行RR的时候，系统分配了4G的虚拟内存，而
这也被备份进去了，不知道我的猜测对不对。
现在如果要回到之前的23G的状况，不知道该如何做，不见得去关闭虚拟内存吧？有朋
友知道么，请指点一下，不胜感激。 |

今天把Comodo Firewall升级，重启以后就停在了xp的滚动条。然后试图使用safe mode
进入，出现了safe mode的GUI背景和鼠标,但是没有出现登陆窗口。发生错误，
winlogon.exe找不到ole.dll。
目前看起来只能用recovery console恢复。请教哪位知道怎样修复这个问题？ |

的软件，制作一个R&R image (DVD，或者USB），然后从这个image启动，来恢复
windows到一个硬盘或者SSD上。这样看来，recovery partition就是一个相当于一个隐
藏文件夹，保存了window系统. 恢复系统还是要外接R&R DVD或者USB盘。
那么一键恢复是怎么实现了呢？就是直接从recovery partition恢复系统，这样不是更
简单么？哪位给说说？ |

legacy mode，就算以前设的是legacy也要改成uefi only. recovery之后可以改回
legacy.

找到网上的data recovery service. 说可以恢复，费用要900刀。说光要replace 一个
部件去读就400。

现在windows系统有些问题，所以想恢复一下。我试了用Thinkpad的Rescue and
Recovery，能够找到USB硬盘上的image，但是选中后重启系统时就又进入到GRUB里了。

home,可是发现无法恢复。我装了他们的那个500M的rescue and recovery软件，可是电
脑还是说你的factory recovery fucntion has been deleted.

Dell 6000 with winxp media center edition 2005 & sp2.硬盘80G （分了c,d两个区
），刚刚换过半年，用reovery console 的 chkdsk 扫描没有问题。但是电脑常常无缘
无故内存管理出错，改了setting也没有用，决定用repair reinstall。
problem:
结果在copy file 到34min left的时候硬盘灯就再也不闪了，等了半小时没有任何反应
。现在是原来的winxp也进不去了，就是停留在安装阶段，reboot >> copy file >> no
response!!!
现在原来c drive内的文件也弄不出来，用安装盘boot了recovery console，结果大部
分文件夹都是access deny，在dos 环境下文件都copy不到。
suggestion need !!!
有什么办法能恢复或者把c drive文件copy到d drive? 或者完成recovery install 也
可以！
非常希望高手能指导一下，自己其实也常常装机，可是这次googl |

上次看了Rama Cont的一篇文章，inverse problem on option pricing的，理论结果很
漂亮，但凡是没有给numerics。
估计option pricing会更受大家喜欢一点。
我在想的问题是，是否有一种结合structural form和reduced form的方法来做这个问
题？我对PDE和FBSDE的inverse problem不太了解，隐约地觉得可能会用到。 |

其次，使用citi bank 的virtual credit card功能是可以产生无数个不同的信用卡号码的，而且可以更改信用卡持有人姓名。就是说即使用相同的地址、邮编，只要信用卡号码不一样，捐款也可以立即通过，并且马上增加一个donation。
R2R已经在其网页上公开所谓的“一人多卡”的作弊方法，鼓励支持者使用多张信用卡捐款以骗取奖金。这已经违反了“限每人每天一次”的大赛规定。他们网页上的作弊方法参见以下链接：
