in China. Maybe my sample is bias, the people I know in QQ are basically
from Zhejiang and Jiangsu. It seems most recover centers have sponsorship
from the local government. They also mentioned one school in Nanjing city
for big Down Syndrome kids. The recover center is for the kids before the
school age. |

去年退2012年税时，写错了BOA saving account number，结果Federal和state的tax
return都退到了那个错误的saving account。事情太多，几个月之后我才发现，于是大
概半年前给IRS report了这个情况，他们很快把Federal tax return的钱recover了，
并mail我了一张check。Federal的税算是搞定了。 但之后不知怎么鬼使神差的，我没
继续也跟virginia taxation dept说这个事情，结果前几周才想起来，打电话过去，他
们说尝试，但几天后寄给我信，说 "...has made diligent efforts to correct the
problem, we were unable to recover the funds..."，打电话过去，还是重复信的内
容，说办不了。跟他们说了IRS能把钱要回来，为啥你们不行，他们只说部门和部门不

2) as a steeler fan, to be honest, I'm just not 100% convinced the dolphins

第一次去NFL现场看球，能赶上Seahawks对49ers这场比赛，真是太幸运了。CK的长驱直
入，RW的神仙长传，Lynch的Beast Mode，哈宝的上窜下跳，Boldin和Crabtree的手到
擒来， Sherman的指掌乾坤。PC的喜极（几乎）而泣。置身于这些高光里见过无数次的
画面里，美仑美奂。更加幸运的是，Seahawks赢得了这场比赛，第二次进入Super Bowl。
其实前一个周日的时候，我还没去现场的想法。一是离得远，二是毕竟球票不便宜，平
时很少跟LD申请这么多经费。后来一系列的突发事件和家务劳动之后，竟然顺利的得到
了领导的批准。在RW3的大力协助下，顺利拿到了球票。这些花絮以后慢慢回顾吧。
我们进场比较早，双方队员正在热身。我们到hallway里看电视上转播的NE：Denver的
比赛。这时听到了巨大的嘘声。冲进球场一看，似乎是49ers的有些队员教练入场热身
了。这算是第一次听到了12th man的声音，领略到了主场的一点点优势。之后，
Seahawks球员入场，就是一片欢呼。不过这时候很多人还没入座，嘘声/呼吼还不是太

Not sure about other parts of the country, but Texas will let you shoot
someone who is running away to protect property under certain circumstances.
Circumstance being it is night, the person is fleeing with the property,
and you don't believe you can recover it by other means.
If you are faster than me and it is dark, it might be smart to let me see
that you dropped whatever you stole.

1. 动作简单（AK47型）一般东方式握拍，甚至可以大陆式握拍，small back swing.
2. 容错率N高，contact point 可高可低，可前可后。前低可以捞起来，后可以磕回去。
3. 战术派，明确知道自己是在防守，还是进攻。劣势，守，N稳；强势，攻，N狠。有
明显的节奏变化。
4. 很会分配体力。有时不在Recover上“浪费”太多。
5. 很少白送分。
6. “野战军”！ 最好的形容，适应所有条件，身经百战，mentally tough.
孙子兵法，小米加步枪，美“丽”式装备的我最怕的。
我的体会是。。
1.我首先要承认对方的厉害。比赛是比谁出错少，不是谁动作漂亮。动作漂亮不加分。

plaintiff could not recover punitive damages
unless she met the Times v. Sullivan actual
malice standard.
也就是说，即使是 private，要想 recover punitive
damages，还是得证明 actual malice standard。
（换言之，不到 actual malice standard 的话，
只能 recover 实际的 damages）。 |
