我贴的那句话是针对recount的，是说那些有问题的地区的票不qualify recount, 也就
是说在recount中不算，所以clinton recount后的票数会比选举后报的票数少非常多。
也就是
说即使recount后clinton在其他地区因为错误拿了一些票，也没法make up这些不
qualify
recount的废票。当然如果主党有本事不让那些票disqualify另说。 |
