但是到现在都还没有收到I797 C，打电话到USCIS， 他们问我：“what form you
filed to USCIS?”我回答说：“DS3035”他们说DS 3035 是DOS的，不是USCIS的，所
以我只能到DOS 那里去查，给他们解释了半天，有的representative 说要四个月之后
再打电话查，有的说让我打电话到DOS问，总之就是得到了各种不靠谱的回复。
我们向DOS 提交材料，DOS 只是给USICIS Favorable Recomendation letter 吗？
还有其他form 吗？
现在都焦急死了，请各位帮忙啊。 |

5月26日，中国大使馆批准不反对信，持续两个半月，比平均时间要长；同日，我向DOS
寄送所需材料；
6月9日，DOS更新收到我的材料；
7月16日，DOS得到我美方单位的favorable recomendation;
7月30日，DOS向USCIS发送favorable recomendation，并通知我本人；
8月5日，USCIS收到我的材料；
8月16日，我的新单位提交了我的H1B申请，并支付加急费用 （H1B申请可在FR后就进行
，不必等到waiver）；
9月1日，USCIS向我新单位发函，要求提供waiver证明；
前文看到有朋友waiver与H1B同时批准，希望自己也有那样的运气。我给USCIS打电话，
被告知还在pending，上限可达四个月，感觉接线员只会对着电脑看，所能提供的信息
都是你通过网络就可以查到的。
考古发现，无数前辈或多或少的遇到了些障碍，所以奉劝要申请的版友提早进行，以我
的例子来看，6个月很可能是不够的，最后至少预留8个月的时间。祝各位申请顺利。 |

Favorable recomendation是DOS（美国国务院）出具的，不是你所在的学校和单位出具
的。
也不存在什么新旧单位各提供Favorable Recomendation的说法。新旧单位只能按照DOS
的request客观描述你的状态，本身不具有提供倾向性意见的职能。
一般DOS基于中方大使馆的不持异议信以及你提供的在美各阶段的材料和statement做出
豁免决定。不需要通过你所在的单位。
只有在极个别的情况下，DOS需要向你以前或者现在的单位询问是否继续支持你在
美国的合法身份。这在DOS网站上会以“funding source memo/known request”或者“
sponsor view request”的形式表现出来。但这只是个例。 |

belt is located inside. I didn't read the manual. The belt was broken at
5000 km after recomended maintenance.)
Leakage of coolant tank: I went to junk yard and got an used
tank at 30 US$.

tires from Costco. Costco recomends tire balance and rotation every 7000
miles while dealer usually recommends it every 5000 miles. Follow
your tire maintenance schedule. Fail to do so will void your tire warranty.
You need to check the alignment every year or every 15000 miles. Many
mechanics offer free alignment check. Bad alignment is the most common
cause of premature tire wear or tire cupping. |

撞狗屎大运了或者你爸爸是李刚)
如果你的proposal是excellent, 有一半可能性被fund
如果你的是outstanding, 肯定被fund
所以大家一定要看这个标准,而不是highly recommand之类,因为你去查NSF的记录,估计
绝大部分都是highly recommand吧,但不一定都是outstanding. 一定要注意里面的措辞
,尤其是老美就喜欢玩文字游戏.

再说了，现在reviewer都那么挑剔，
怎么可能给比最高限再给个outstanding呢
NSF绝大多数还真不是highly recommend,
highly recommend也就是3-5个
还有大家不要灰心，
我参加的一个panel, 有一个proposal 3 very good
也拿到钱了。
这个panel very competitive,
其他推荐的proposal,
虽然有excellent，但是在最后panel dicussion的时候，
大家还是认为3 very good 的最好。
尽管有些review 不愿意改 score. |

其他的是E或者EV,你的proposal是可能被fund的.
对于panel推荐,有的program就分三类:not recommended, recommended和highly
recommended.reviewer的评分低,panel不可能推荐. 我经历过的panel, PO说highly
recommended的70%能被fund.但实际上我们那个panel的highly recommended只有30%被
fund. |

Go to the local farm market and buy the honey that is gathered by local bees
. Put the honey in water and keep drinking for a period of time. In the
beginning, allery may be stronger. Then have some normal allergy medicine
from walgreen. It will get rid of allery eventually.

It looks more aggressive than MCHFX, and therefore performed better in 2009.
It shows a higher expense ratio, and it has a front load. So I would still
prefer MCHFX. |
