在开篇的时候,我提到了律师们不乐意接citation <100的case的问题. 我其实到了
自己
认真对付RFE的时候才了解真正的目的. 那就是citation >=100 是可以相对容易的应用
到去直接解决international recognized的问题上去的. 因为在citation >=100的情况
下,你的引用人国家分布很显然可以轻松的去解决. 一般能够有引用过100,多半的同学
都有了很好的
publication list,或者有这么几篇牛文章,律师接手处理,都可以模板化, 是不? 在处
理完自己的RFE后, 我甚至都认为能够有citation >100的同学,其实没有律师的情况下,
是完全能够自己搞定的.

去年8月25号晚上,从家里去学校的路上被抓,40的路,条子说我开了54.二话不说,一张
ticket,我一看,还是我们学校的警察,nnd,下手真狠.条子是迎面开来的
然后就去法院要求上庭,初定是11月底吧,一共要去两次,前一次递交motion,第二次
trial
谁知道我把日子记错了,递交motion那次忘记去了.第二天再去,说只能重新安排时间.于
是motion递交排到1月27号,今天trial.我对本州的speedy trial不是狠了解.由于上一
次也是我的失误,没能按原有排期,所以我也不指望靠speedy trial的trick了.
1月27号,坐在大厅里面溜溜的等了几个小时,无聊透顶,自己翻看着打官司的书.老爸非
